Lena's POV
The next morning I was standing on our private jet that would take us out of town, next to Harry and Niall.
"Okay is everyone in?" Liam asked. He had been spazzing all day, like he wasn't dealing with 5 adults and his sister.
He began to count us. "Harry,Lena, Niall, Zayn-" he said.
"Louis!" Lou chanted as he entered the jet. I laughed at him as Liam rolled his eyes.
"Absolute moron." He muttered. "Don't be rude." I scolded, and Liam chuckled.
Louis threw himself into a window seat and looked at Harry. Smiling a devilish grin, he rubbed his thighs, inviting Harry to sit in his lap.
Harry shook his head and sat across the row from him, trying to stifle a laugh. Louis and his sexual jokes.
Looking disappointed, Louis turned to me and repeated the action.
"Not happening, Lou." Liam and I said together.
Louis' jaw dropped. "Are you two twins?" Zayn teased.
I stuck my tongue out at him and sat next to Harry. Liam sat next to Louis and Zayn sat in front of him. Liam busied himself with making sure all our phones were turned off for the flight, and then arguing with Louis on whether or not airplane mode was good enough.
I strapped myself in, blushing as I remembered Harry helping me the first time I got into a plane with these boys.
I meet his eyes and he winked, and I knew that he was thinking about the same thing. He leaned over slightly, his lips close to my ear. "Are you sure you've got it this time? I don't mind helping." He whispered. I smiled, blushing deeper, and looked out the window. I felt him shrug next to me as he buckled his own seatbelt. "Suit yourself." He murmured. "I think you mean strap yourself." I said, still smiling. "And I already did."
He began to chuckle and Liam and Louis stopped arguing and the plane door closed.
"First stop, Africa." Liam said.
****
It seemed like it'd been forever when the plane finally landed in Africa. I checked the clock. It was 12:43 in the morning, London time.
I looked out the window. Luckily there was no time difference between London and Ghana, but I was still adjusting to London time from being in America. I groaned.
"Are you alright, Lena?" Zayn, the only one still awake as the plane descended, asked me.
"Yes. Just exhausted." I replied. We had been on the plane for 6 and a half hours, and I was so ready to have a soft bed to sleep in.
He smiled. "The show isn't until 4:00 tomorrow afternoon. We'll have time to sleep." he said.
"Thank god." I muttered.
Harry stirred in his seat next to mine. Mumbling someone's name- I couldn't quite make out who's-he shook his head and it landed on my shoulder, where it stayed.
"Aw, how sweet." Zayn teased.
"What?" I asked.
"He said your name. Didn't you hear him?" he asked.
I shook my head. He muttered something that sounded a lot like "oblivious".
"Shut up." I snapped.
He chuckled. "Wake him up, will you? I'll take care of these two." he said. I looked over at Harry and I hesitated, wanting instead to watch him sleep rather than to wake him up. I looked over at Zayn as he stood up.
I watched as he reached over and shook Liam's shoulder. "Liam, time to wake up. We're landing." He said.
I sighed. I had to wake up the curly head on my shoulder. I turned to Harry. "Haz, wake up." I said. It was strange using his nickname-but everyone else called him that, so why couldn't I?
He kept on snoring. I shook him slightly, making his head roll back and forth on my shoulder. "Harry, get up!" I said loudly. Louis woke up, stretching and looking offended, but Harry didn't.
Getting impatient, I gave Harry one hard shake. "Harry!" I yelled.
He jumped, wide awake.
"What?!" he demanded.
Zayn, Liam, and Louis all began to laugh hard. I giggled. "Lena should wake you up more often." Liam said to Harry.
"Think you could wake up Nialler?" Louis asked me.
I turned to Niall who had slept through the whole thing. And most of the plane ride, come to think of it.
"I will never understand boys." I said, shaking my head.
"And we will never understand women." Harry joked, yawning, and they all laughed again.
I leaned over to wake up Niall.
"Wait, I want to film this." Zayn said.
I waited while he pulled out his phone. "Okay, I'm ready." he said.
"Niall, get up." I said.
Nothing.
"Niall! Get up!" I yelled.
Still nothing.
Undoing my seatbelt I got up. "Niall! wake up you lazy bum!" I cried.
He stirred but didn't wake up.
"NIALL JAMES HORAN WAKE YOUR ASS UP!" I screamed, shaking him several times.
He woke up with a little cry of surprise that had the other boys laughing so hard tears were running down their faces.
"Morning, Nialler." Louis said.
"What just happ-Lena did you do that?" Niall asked.
I nodded, giggling as I sat back down.
"Mommy Direction lives." Niall moaned, leaning back.
"Don't go back to sleep, Niall. Or I might just slap you awake next time." I said, laughing.
He pretended to jump out of the plane, screaming as he went down.
And that's how One Direction landed in Africa.
