This episode starts with a leap of 1 year
Where a lady is sitting on the bed with pregnant tummy. She was angry with momo as he was not letting her eat her favorite food not angry she was having mood swing. Moreover doctor told them she was carrying twins so double trouble😂.
Shivi : Momo why you always do this?? Now I can't even eat my favorite chocolate 😒. I hate you for this.
Momo : Jaan you can eat the chocolate but old don't say hate. I am not allowing as it is not Good for yours and baby's health. This will be the 5th from morning. Okay I'll bring but last for today.

Then they heard 👂 one baby👶 crying after exact 5 mins they heard another 👶's cry. Doctor came out and said : congratulation 🎊 Mr. Khan she gave birth to one boy and one girl.
Momo was on cloud 9. He was so happy. Fresh happy tears came. But then momo said
Momo : How is Shivi??
Doctor: she us find but tired. You can meet her once she will be shifted to the personal ward.
Doctor gave both the babies to momo. The babies hold his hand. He was so happy. He started taking with kids. He said
Momo : Hello babies. I am your papa and kissed there forehead 😘.
One by one everyone took the babies and blessed them. Sister Took the babies.
After 10 mins
Nurse came with babies and gave to momo and told him to go and meet shivi she has been shifted to a private ward.
Momo took the babies in the ward in his arms. Shivi saw this and her eyes were filled with happy tears. Shivi weakly said
Shivi : Momo🥰
Momo : Shivi we are parents of 2 kids. My princess and your prince.
Shivi wanted to take the kids in her arms so momo called the family everyone came inside. Ammi helped shivi to sat on bed and give are blessing with abbu while sajjad congratulated her 🥰
Momo gave the baby boy to shivi while the baby girl was with momo and the other family members left the couple alone.
Shivi kissed the baby boy's forehead then took baby girl in her arms and kissed her forehead and said
Shivi : Momo the baby girl looks like you 😍
Momo : And this cutie (looking at baby boy) looks like your copy 🥰.
Shivi did you thought any name.
Shivi : Yes I do. And you ?
Momo : Yes
Then they both coincidentally said the same name
Shivin : Baby boy's name will be Aayan and Baby girl's name will be Amira.
They looked at each and smiled ☺.
