She sent message to her boss taking emergency leave for the day before she finally got some sleep for few hours. It was almost noon when she woke up to an empty bed. she dragged her feet out of her bedroom sleepily and saw Junior was crying on the couch.

'Oh no,' she thought to herself, 'did he cry because he was hungry and I didn't prepare anything.'

She walked to him and sat next to him, "Junior, why are you crying?"

He then pointed out to the carpet near the crate that was wet, "I should take him out but I didn't. I woke up late. I'm sorry, mommy."

She looked at the puppy who was also scared in the crate.

"Bad Pooh, bad Pooh," he scolded Pooh.

She sighed. 'Welcome to motherhood.'

She then stood up and brought some bottles of cleaning detergent to the spot. She cleaned it while Junior helped to wipe as well.

"There, clean already." She said, "let's take Pooh out now, maybe he wants to poop."

They stopped by to the coffeeshop nearby and bought lunch then walked to the park where Pooh played chasing the doves and they had lunch there. She asked questions to him like what breakfast food he usually ate, where would he go when Severus was working and when he needed to spend nights in Hogwarts, after all he was the head of Slytherin house. Usually house heads also stayed in the dormitory.

She learned that the boy spent so much time with Lucius and Narcissa. Since Lucius was like a brother to Severus, it was understandable. But she also just knew that Harry was a regular visitor in Spinner's End. She never knew that they were closed. The memory that she had was Harry really disliked Severus.

They then returned to her apartment where they packed his things. When Junior didn't see her bring any bags, he asked, "where's your luggage?"

"My luggage?" She frowned, "you mean this?" She lifted up the lady shoulder bag that she was carrying.

"No, for your clothes and stuff."

"Junior, why would I need to bring my clothes? We are going to Hogsmeade."

He frowned, "so we'll come back here after that?"

She smiled, "no, we'll go home."

He scowled, "home where?"

"Ughhh..." she realized why he was upset. She knelt down in front of him, "Junior, you see, mommy stays here. Father stays at Spinner's End."

"So where will I stay?"

She smiled, "you stay with father, like always."

"You too?"

She knew where this was going, "No. I told you, mommy... stays... here."

"But I want to stay with you," he said.

"Don't you want to stay with father?" She asked.

"Want," he said, "with mommy and father."

She then said again, "no, father stays with you at Spinner's End and I stay here."

"Are you fighting again?" He asked. "You said, you won't fight anymore." He pouted.

"This is not related to fighting. It's just what it is."

"Why?" He asked persistently.

She scratched her head. "Family doesn't have to stay together."

He frowned, "Like Draco no longer stay with uncle Lucius and aunt Cissy?"

She nodded happily, "yes."
