Barba P.O.V.

I woke up to my phone ringing. It was 1 am. Olivia was calling.

Barba: Yes, Olivia?

Olivia: You need to come down to the station now.

She hung up. I got out of bed and put on sweatpants and an old Harvard sweatshirt. I drove down to SVU and entered the station. Fin, Rollins, Carisi, and Benson were all pacing. I saw 3 members from Chicago sitting at a table looking stressed. One of them was Sgt. Voight.

Barba: What's going on?

Olivia: There's been an kidnapping. From her hotel room. We've got uniforms on the street searching and robbery is searching the apartment first before we get our hands on it.

Barba: And I was called why? Is a warrant needed?

Voight stood up and straightened his shirt out. He got toe to toe with me.

Hank: The victim is my daughter. Lena was taken from her room. You gave me your word you'd protect her even after you broke things off! And she's missing!

I sank down into a chair. Feeling breathless. I should have followed her and made her come back to my office. I held my head in my hands. Angry with myself. Voight threw a chair across the room.

Hank: Find her. Or else I call all of Chicago PD to come here and turn New York upside down to do your goddamn job!

Olivia: Hank! You need to back off!

Hank: What if it was Noah who was missing?! Then what?! You'd be out there yourself! Instead, you sent strictly uniforms to look for my girl!

Carisi stood up.

Carisi: I'm going out to help find her. No offense, but Sgt. Voight is right. If it were Noah or any one of us, you'd be going to Hell and back. Why not do that for Lena?

Amanda: I'm in too.

Fin: I gotta side with the majority, Liv. She's one of us.

Voight and his two Chicago officers stood up, checking their weapons.

Voight: I'm making a call, get a few more of my bodies here. Erin, you call Atwater and have him trace her phone. Halstead, call Al and have him fly out. It's personal. My girl is missing and I intend to find her. With or without SVU. I'll call Trudy and have all Intelligence cases sent to major crimes. I want our focus to be on Lena.

The Chicago detectives left as Voight started making calls. Olivia stayed behind while the others left. Presumably to go to Lena's hotel.

Olivia: Rafa, we'll find her. Do you know anything?

Barba: No. How would I know anything?

Olivia: Okay. We need to figure out who saw her last.

Barba: I did. She came into my office. We argued. She stormed out. I should have chased after her.

Olivia: Alright. Now I need you to go home. I'll call you when we have more.

Barba: You expect me to go home when she's missing? God only knows who has her and if she's alive! I won't go home until I can take her with me!

I got up, pacing in anger. I have never felt more useless in my entire life.

Olivia: Take her with you? Rafa, she's not your girlfriend anymore. She's with Halstead. She's been with him for months. You need to calm down and think rationally.

I got up and left the station, thinking about Lena.

Jay Halstead Point of View

I sat in Benson's office, going through pictures of Lena and I together. It's been 3 weeks since she went missing. I miss her. I've been staying with my brother. I can't bring myself to go home until she can come with me. Someone calling my name snapped me from my thoughts. Carisi.
