Chapter 7

The day was now over, and everyone was in the lounge except for icy hot, he was in the kitchen making dinner for everyone.

After everyone had eaten I went to my room to finish up some homework. Sitting down at my desk, I felt an itch in my throat and went into a coughing fit and by the time my coughing died down my hands were full of my blood. I groaned getting up from my desk walking into the bathroom washing my hands off into the sink.

I splashed some water onto my face looking at my reflection, I looked away in disgust grabbing a towel to dry my face. I put the towel down on the sink's counter, staring down at my hands.

I suddenly felt arms wrapped around my waist and I tensed up, "you alright, Katsuki?" I heard Deku's voice, I let out a relieved sigh, "how do I never hear you come in?" I asked him. He chuckled softly, "that's a secret." I smiled softly before taking his arms off me and walking out of the bathroom sitting back at my desk.

I heard him flop onto my bed and I playfully rolled my eyes as I began doing my homework.

Soon I finished my homework, putting my pencil down I groaned as I put my arms above my head stretching. I saw a knife hit the wall and jumped letting out a startled yelp. I turned to look at Deku who had started laughing, "the hell would you do that for!" I hissed grabbing the knife from the wall putting it on my desk before going over to Deku.

"That reaction was PRICELESS!" He laughed, I grabbed one of my pillows and hit him with it, "it's not funny, you scared that shit out of me!" He stopped laughing as I started coughing again. I quickly went into the bathroom closing and locking the door, when the coughing died down I looked into my hand and noticed a rose petal covered in blood... I turned the sink on washing my hands and watching the rose petal go down the drain. I sighed turning the tap off before unlocking and opening the bathroom door.

"Are you alright?" Deku asked, "fine.." I mumbled, "alright we'll get your shoes on, I wanna go for a walk." Deku said getting off the bed and putting his shoes on. I slipped my shoes on walking over to the door, when I opened the door Mina was standing on the other side looking like she was just about to knock, I pushed Deku to the wall with my arm, "ah, Bakugou I was just coming to ask if you wanted to hang with Kiri, Kami, Sero and me?" Mina offered.

"I was just about to go for a walk actually.." I muttered looking down at my shoes, "alright, do you want us to come?" She asked, I stayed facing Mina but looked over to Deku with my eyes seeing if it was ok, he shrugged and I rolled my eyes, "if you must.." I groaned, "alright, I'll go get the others." She smiled at me before going off to get the others.

I sighed, "cmon before anyone else sees you." I said walking out of the dorms.

I faced the dorms looking up at the sky that was slowly being covered in stars, the cold night air nipping at my cheeks, my hands were in my sweater pocket, I felt Deku slip his hands into my sweater pockets from behind me, his cold hands grabbing mine in an attempt to warm his hands up.

"Your hands are cold.." I muttered, "no shit Sherlock," he remarked. I smiled softly letting out a small chuckle, trying my best to keep down coughs that were threatening to escape.

"Hey, Bakubro!" Kiri said, I peeled my eyes away from the sky to see Kiri, Mina, Sero and Denki walking my way. "Hey," I nodded to them, "who's that?" Mina asked. "It's uhmm.." I trailed off a small blush spreading over my cheeks, "jeez so rude, not even gonna introduce me." Deku remarked pulling his hands out of my pockets and stepping to the side.

"I'm Deku, an old friend of Katsuki's." He smiled at them. "You know it's kinda creepy you calling me by my first name, I'd rather you go back to calling me Kacchan," I remarked slightly. He elbowed me, "Ah! The hell was that for!" He giggled, "Nah, I'll stick with Katsuki."

I playfully rolled my eyes and started walking away the others following behind me. "Where are we headed?" Mina asked, "the new coffee shop that just opened isn't too far from here." I shrugged. "Alright." Said Denki.

I looked over to Deku who was walking beside me and noticed he was shivering from only wearing a t-shirt, I had a long sleeve on underneath my sweater so I took it off handing it to him, "you suggested this walk but you don't even bring a sweater." I chuckled, "I didn't think it would be this cold." He rolled his eyes as he put the sweater on as we entered the coffee shop.

When we got back to the dorms I walked into my room, Deku walking in and closing the door behind him. I kicked my shoes off and plugged my phone in, flopping down onto my bed. Deku laid down beside me and I wrapped my arms around him pulling him closer to me.

He turned over to he was facing me and wrapped his arms around my torso burying his face into my neck, I blushed a bit trying my best to hold down the coughs threatening to escape. Eventually, we both fell asleep like that once again.

I woke up sometime in the middle of the night with a start, screaming as tears began to fall down my face. "Katsuki!" I heard someone yelled my name feeling tight arms wrap around me, my screaming died down now replaced with sobs between my struggled gasps of air.

"It's ok Katsuki, I'm here for you.." Deku said calmingly to me as he held me in my arms. I slowly calmed down, cuddling into Deku, "it's gonna be ok.." He whispered as he whipped the tears from my face as I slowly fell back asleep in his arms.
