I met Anna when we were in eight grade. She was the new girl. No one talked to her but i did. I did had friends but i was feeling bad seeing her alone.
The moment we talked i knew we were going to be friends forever, it may sound clichê but it was this way.

That was the day i met Christian too. My brother couldn't came pick me up and my mom was working soo her mom gave me a lift and let me stay there until my brother could come. When we walked inside the house there he was almost having sex with some girl in the couch.

Today me and Anna are having a sleepover. We used to make those all the time but since my fight with Christian in his room we haven't. She doesn't know that the reason is that. She knew i had a crush on Christian but we never talked about it that much.

Now we are - finally - leaving school.
Anna is riding us to her house. When we arrive there we go to her room and stay there talking.

A: So... how are things between you and Logan?
C: We haven't been talking much this past few days. He has been really busy with the team.
A: You need to hang out.
C: Next weekend maybe.
A: Yeah.
C: And you ? Any guys ?
A: Yes Tony. He is my boyfriend.

We stay there talking until we have the idea of doing a series maratone. When we are togheter we love watching " Once upon a time" It feels like it is our serie.

We watch 5 epidodes until we start getting hungry so we decide to order some pizza. We see another episode while eating. Anna wanted to do same face masks and after that do some iced coffee, i loooveeeee ice coffee.

Now we are making cookies. At least trying.

A: I told you it was too much baking powder.
C: Yeah but you let me put it anyway.
A: I know better than argue with you.

The cookies are to big. It seems more like a cake than a cookie.

A: I give up. Let's do something else.
C: What?
A: Let's paint our nails?
C: Sure.
A: I'm gonna get the nail varnish and you finish cleaning this.
C: Sounds like a plan.

While i'm cleaning i remember something. Christian was supost to be home by now. Where is he? I know i'm trying to stay away from him but it's harder than i tought. When Anna comes with everything that we need to get our nails done i ask in a really casual tone.

C: So... where is your brother?
A: i don't know. He has been acting weird since the college party.

It's because of me? From our conversation?

A:He has been spending most of his days in his bedroom. Alone.
C: Really? That's unusual.
A: Yeah. But maybe he is better he hasn't came home from college so maybe he is back to his old self.
C: Maybe...

We spent our night doing our nails, we do a pillow fighting and watch a movie. In the middle of the movie Anna fell asleep and i continue watching it. Almost in the end of it, Anna's phone starts ringing. I see who is calling. It's Christian. I let it rang. If It's important he calls again. Instead of that he lefts a menssage.
