How They All Knew

Kim Toni

Kim Toni had a difficult and at the same time different relationship with Jo Yi-Seo than anyone. He had a hard time figuring out at that crazy and shameless woman. He also had a hard time forgiving her for being racist and speaking the feared truth that hid in his heart. But when she apologised, he forgave.

So when that thing happened between his boss and this girl, he wasn't sure how he should feel. But after the incident, Yi-Seo took a break. Toni has never been more surprised in his life. At that moment all of his concerns about that girl went away and he felt heartbroken for her. He just knew the feeling too well of trying to reach an uncertain goal. He felt sorry for her, therefore he promised to himself that as she helped to find his father, he would help her too. He was just not sure how. Yet.

But after that night something happened to his boss. Toni started to notice that when Yi-Seo wasn't near, Saeroyi felt less calm. Of course, his boss is always calm and he barley shows emotions. But it somehow caught Toni's attention. Toni really wanted to succeed in his mission. So after discovering Saeroyi's restless side, he could not help but hope that this was the beginning.

Choi Seung-Kwon

Choi Seung-Kwon was a hard nutshell. He himself was lost when it came to love. In his life before prison, at the prison and after prison was all about gangs. He not only never considered thinking about love, but he never saw a great example of how people behave when they are in love.

So when he saw his boss and Soo-Ah together, who were supposed to be in love, he thought to himself: This is it. This is love. This is how it should look like. A man fighting for a woman and fighting for himself and after that they could be happy. This is how it works.

He believed that his boss always does the right thing. Until that annoying girl, Jo Yi-Seo came. She questioned Soo-Ah's behaviour. To be more particular she criticized her working at Jannga and making it harder for Saeroyi to succeed. And that made Seung-Kwon think if that wild girl was right. Was that love? Was it right to let someone fight for you and fight and fight while you are not doing anything? Seung-Kwon was confused.

And as always when he was confused, he did what his idol, his boss did. His boss didn't change. His boss was still fighting for Soo-Ah. So Seung-Kwon thought that bossy girl was wrong.

The feeling started changing again though. When they moved to the new building, had Toni's grandmother as their big investor and everything started going up, he felt something was wrong. Not in the company or his personal life, but with his boss. Something disturbed his vision about love yet again. Because as time went by, Saeroyi talked less about Soo-Ah and hung out less with her. He seemed to be lost in his work. However, he still found time to help Yi-Seo with her work. This confused Seung-Kwon.

The more time passed, the more he didn't hear about Soo-Ah, the more he started realising things. For example how strange his boss behaved around Yi-Seo or how his boss didn't know what to say anymore when the girl confessed her feelings to him over and over again.

When Yi-Seo passed out and Saeroyi ran straight to the hospital without taking a taxi, Seung-Kwon got that feeling. That feeling was different. He was sure about it now. This was it. This was real love.

Ma Hyun-Yi

Ma Hyun-Yi and Yi-Seo had a rough start. But Hyun-Yi is very forgiving and Yi-Seo proved her loyalty fully when she encouraged her after everyone discovered she was a transgender. Since that day really she felt like she has found her best friend. They got close, so there was no surprise that Hyun-Yi was the first to know that her friend was in love with their boss.
