You and Malfoy sat awkwardly on the sofa. You didn't particularly know what to say, since the last time you saw each other was interesting to say the least. He was playing with his rings again, you had begun to notice he did that when he was nervous, it made you smile slightly, knowing that you made him uneasy.
"So" Draco said after clearing his throat, "what's the matter with you then?" You knew he wasn't asking because he cared, he was just a nosey git.
"What's it to you?" you retorted, ensuring that your hand was hidden under the side of your robe, just in case he spotted it. You didn't want to have to answer questions about it, especially not to someone like Malfoy.
"Well..." he replied, "I was just wondering, you and your brothers don't normally talk so I thought it was weird to see you being brought in here like some fucking princess". You scoffed in response to this, although, you could understand where he was coming from. You and your brothers weren't exactly friendly anymore, but I guess that's what family is, you bully each other but the moment you're touched by someone else they come running to your aid.
He began to just stare at you, as if he was waiting for a response, it made you angry, how dare he expect everyone to do everything for him, if you didn't want to share your business with him you didn't have to. "Okay, well thanks for your concern Malfoy but it's really got nothing to do with you anyways so you may as well just butt out of it" you snapped. You knew you had pissed him off by saying this; his whole body stiffed up, his shoulders rising, his hands clenching so hard veins began to pop and peak through the surface of his pale skin.
Draco leaned in close to your ear, resting his chin on your shoulder, you could feel his cool breath going down the collar of your shirt. "Do not test me Baker, remember, you owe me." He whispered, his voice was so low and soft, and yet so scary at the same time. You pursed your lips, knowing that what he was saying was true. As he drew away from your neck, he ran his index finger slowly down the side of it. It was the most chilling feeling you had ever received, it was like he turned your artery into ice, and yet for some weird reason, a part of you wanted more, to be fully enclosed in his icy touch.
"Ashley" you heard your brother call you from across the room. He used his hand to beckon you over and so you went, leaving Malfoy sat behind on the sofa. "Were going up, Seb's dorm is empty, considering he doesn't have to share as head boy so we can talk there" Jackson said whilst rubbing a hand up and down your back.
You didn't know if it was the same as in the Gryffindor common room but your staircase had a charm on it, if any girl tried to enter the boy's dorms or vice versa they would turn into a massive slide and it was impossible to climb. "Umm Jackson, in Gryffindor we can't walk up the stairs for the boy's dorms. So how am I supposed to get there?" You questioned him.
He let out a soft chuckle "Like this" he said swinging you over his shoulder. You let out a small laugh, you and your brothers used to always play around at home seeing who the strongest was and you hadn't been lifted up by either of them since. It was a nice feeling, it made you feel like a child again, like you were still your brothers bestest friends, it made you warm, happy.
Inside Sebastian's dorm it was awfully posh. The walls were painted a dark grey colour, the odd bit of stone poked out from underneath. It had dark black furniture that was polished to the upmost perfection, you were sure it could light up the room better than the light itself. In the centre of the room stood a big, fourposter bed which was lined with emerald green satin sheets. Even though you expected the Slytherin dorms to be just like it, your mouth still dropped open in awe at the magnificence of it.
Sebastian stood in the corner of the room looking out of the window, both hands placed on his desk as he leaned forward to allow his smoke to fall out the window. "Seb?" You spoke softly. He turned around and instantly dropped his cigarette out the window. Although you were a Gryffindor Seb had always tried to be nice to you, unlike Jackson, although he still did ignore you at school but that was better than bullying you. Up until the beginning of your third year you and Seb had always remained close, but one day father called him into his office for words and he left never treating you the same, but you could tell it pained him not speaking to you.
