Eva: Hey! Aunty! Over here!
(Zellos and the being stop for a moment as Zellos blocks with his sword and holds it off. Eva stomps the ground, shaking it a bit, and when the being goes to turn towards her, it gets shot in the face three times. The arrows penetrate very deeply, nearly protruding through the back of the head.)
Eva: (I've already exhausted most of my earth control?? Darn it. Well, at least I have-.)
(Eva is suddenly punched in the face by the being. And before she realizes it, she is punched again and again, and then from behind, an axe kick slams the back of her head into the ground. Eva is dazed for a moment, but before the being attacks again, Zellos pushes it away from her.)
Zellos: Just stay back!
Eva: *Dizzy* I...can't. You're in trouble…
Zellos: Don't worry this time. You just fought hard, I got this.
(Zellos slides behind the being from its left, slashing at its legs at the same time. He disappears and reappears a couple times, slashing at its torso. Damage seems to be minimal per hit, but Zellos slashes at the being many times.)
Zellos: (It feels like I'm doing nothing, despite the amount of times I've struck it.)
Eva: *Thinking* I need that power! Please, give it to me!
Araru: Are you asking me, girl? Because you already know my answer.
Eva: No! Whatever's been helping me! You're no help!
Araru: Hmmm, I see.
Eva: Just...shut up.
(She watches as Zellos and the being speed around the area. Her eyes begin to adjust slightly over the next few minutes of watching them. After a moment, she has a thought.)
Eva: *Thinking* Wait, I don't need some random power. I have two powers at my disposal. Well, one for the moment. And through seeing his memories, I think I know what to feel in order to use it. After all, I used it to shoot those arrows in its head. *Deep breath* Okay. The surprise just caught me off guard. I can move almost as fast.
(She loads her bow and takes another really deep breath. She rushes forward at mach speed and notices immediately that Zellos and the being are crossing her path. She slides between the being's legs, shooting at both knees. The being trips and falls for a second, but quickly recovers and begins to dart around. Zellos follows with Eva following after him. The being summons lightning to strike at them, but Eva jumps and twists in the air to fire an arrow 20 feet away. Once the arrow hits the ground, a metal pole sprouts up and the lightning redirects to it.)
Zellos: You've caught onto metal already?
Eva: While acquiring Jey's powers caught me off guard, I paid more attention to the memories shown to me with Micheal's. The feeling of nothingness suits me at the moment.
Zellos: Alright then. Let's get this done.
(The pace picks up from this point. Zellos slashes at the being, it backflips to dodge. As it does, Eva stops to fire several steel tipped arrows at it. As it backflips, it smacks away a couple, then kicks away the rest. Zellos hops above it and throws a heavy slash that slams it onto the ground. As Zellos tries to follow up, it counters him and kicks his gut. Eva jumps towards him and grabs him. With a spin, she tosses him away, but is kicked away in the process. As she flies away, she fires more arrows, but the being quickly dodges and rushes her. It grabs her face and slams her onto the ground. She takes little damage however, as she creates a metal plate behind her head and softens the ground to sand under her. Eva grabs its hand with both of hers.)
