A/N. I know, I know. I'm a terrible person. I haven't posted in months and I'm so sorry. I pretty much had no inspiration to write this story, and I've been concentrating on original ones instead.

Also, after reading Tower of Nero, it sent some of my ideas for this story out the door, so now I'd have to completely redo some of the chapters for it to make sense. In all honesty, I don't have the time or the will to do so.

That being said, I had most of this chapter already written so decided to finish it off and post it. Don't expect any more, at least for a while, but after such nice comments, I thought that you deserved this.

Who knows, maybe at some point in the near future, I'll continue. Until then, enjoy!

Crack.

We landed on the bank of a river in the middle of a city. I was gripping Sadie's arm, Hermione had Annabeth and Ron had Piper, which he seemed pleased about, despite the fact that she's a Slytherin.

I glanced at Sadie and immediately released her arm when I saw the colour of her face. Very pale, borderline green. She was going to throw up.

She staggered away from me and took deep breaths, trying to keep her jam donuts down. Blood slowly returned to her face and she cried "Why didn't you warm us it would be that horrible?"

I just shrugged and said "You get used to it after a while. The first time's the worst."
She groaned and replied with "The first time is going to be my only time."

I turned to Annabeth and Piper, who had  fared slightly better but were still pale. Annabeth muttered something about shadows, China and possibly a woman called Mrs O'Leary, but I could have been wrong.

"We should get going," Piper called to Sadie, who nodded.
Annabeth turned to Hermione. "Thanks for volunteering to bring us. I've got to admit, I was surprised. We should be back by the end of the week at the latest. Bye!" The three girls turned and walked along the edge of the river, Sadie leading the way.
