prompt; son yejin finds her boyfriend injured after he comes home from shooting a stunt for "confidential assignment"

I was bored, so I imagined this hehe. let's pretend they were dating back then. 😉

"Oh, my God!" Yejin announced as soon as she spotted her boyfriend limping his way towards their main door. Though it was no big deal, trust Yejin always to overthink the smallest of situations. He had just gotten his ribs bruised thanks to the intense stunts of the movie he was filming for.

"Are you oka-" her words were cut off as he winced at her touch to his chest?

"What kind of friends you have? Didn't they even offer up drop you off? Why the hell were you driving in such a state?" concern blooms in her heart, and Bin, despite being in terrible pain, made an effort to steal a glance of her brown doe eyes that are filled with worry because of him. Truth be told, they had offered him, but he thought he could make it back in his own car at least; it turns out, it was more painful than he thought it would be. Hyun Bin knows what he was getting himself into when he announced he'd be doing all of his stunts for Confidential Assignment. Maybe it was not the best idea, after all.

"I'm alright." he told her with a smile, "I've come back to you; it's all I wanted."

Yejin wanted to smack this man before her. How could he be so nonchalant about something as gruesome as this? She had told him time and again to just let the production team hire a student double but trust Hyun Bin to always be the best out of the lot, the most passionate about his profession. The man gave little to no thought about what would affect his life. While she wanted to be cross with him, deep down, she knew that that was impossible- how could she be mad at the man she loved? Instead of resorting to bickering, she put his arm over her shoulder and guided him to their bedroom. Slowly but gradually, they limped their way to the master bedroom at a pace that was okay for him.

Bin knew what she was thinking. All those nights of them arguing that he should not do all these dangerous stunts on his own- the conversation was still fresh in his mind. They had only recently talked about this last week before filming officially began. He had always been daring with the roles he picked; there was no way he would be giving up a character as brave and fierce as this.

Yejin, well, had not taken the news well.

Silently, he watched her pick out his clothes from their wardrobe- his favorite gray sweatshirt and pants, which, he had dubbed, the most comfortable item of clothing he owned. The room's dim lights indicated that she was preparing for bed only to be bombarded with his co worker's text about his injury. The sway of her hips from one side to another made him audibly gulp. Hearing him, Yejin turned around, cheeks flushed.

"Oh my God-"

He wondered what else she had seen now. Patiently, he waited for her to the point that out, too.

"Did they not attend to this horrible gash on your face?" instantly, she was by his side on the bed, clothes dropping to the floor. Up close, as Yejin traced her finger over his skin, Bin took his sweet time in admiring her flawless skin at this proximity. Frankly, he had no idea what she was saying; all he knew at that moment was that he had saved an entire peninsula in his entire life to have someone as precious and loving as Yejin in his next life. Seriously, when had his days become so bright and nights so peaceful? If someone had told him that the lady he had sat next to at the 2014 pifan wound become his girlfriend one day, he would've laughed in their face but now, as the years had gone by, things had changed, feelings had come into the occasion- it was something he could not get enough of.
