Noah POV:

"NOAH, your annoying ass phone keeps going off!" I heard Blake yell. "Yeah, who is it?!" I yelled back. "James." He told me. "Oh he just texted. He said " Noah he need to pick up the phone, it's urgent!" He said "Wait Noah isn't Dixie at James's house for a video today?" Josh asked. "Oh shit she is!" I blurted out.

I got off the bench and ran to Blake so fast. Something has to be up. I can't remember the last time he called me. I can't remember the last time he called me when my pregnant girlfriend was at his house.

"Thanks man" I told Blake as I picked up my phone
"Hey James, is Dixie ok, what's going on?!" I asked frantically "Hi, So don't freak out. You need to breathe and calm down. But Dixie is having contractions." He told me calmly. "No no no no no, this can't be happening she's only 35 weeks." I said loudly. "Noah relax please." He pleaded with me. As I found tears to run down my face. "I can't relax! She's in preterm labor." I cried "Just please calm down. And get over here it's gonna be ok." He pleaded with me.

I told him I would be there soon. Still upset. I put my hand of my face. Just wondering why this was happening to us. When I lifted my head up I saw Bradley Martin next to me. The trainer that we were working out with today.

"Hey man, I know there's nothing I can really tell you to calm you down but, my girl went into preterm labor with our daughter...at 25 weeks." He told me sympathizing with me. "Ah I'm sorry to hear that." I told him. "Yeah, it was scary. But everything turned out just fine. Is she at LAC+USC?" He asked "I think so, yes she is." I told him "That's where my wife gave birth to my kid. And she was way too early to come out. 2 pounds. But... now I have a 6 year old keeping me on my toes 24/7. What I'm just trying to say is. Your kid is 35 weeks he is probably around 6 pounds. Everything is going to be fine. Maybe a week or 2 in the NICU and then you Will have a newborn at home never letting you sleep again.it's gonna be ok." He told me.

His words honestly made me feel so much better.  "I really appreciate it. You just made me feel so much better." I laughed "Ah, no problem. Now get your ass down to the hospital." He laughed. "Will do. Again thank you so much." I told him.

I basically ran out of the gym. All the boys telling me to keep them updated. Bryce throwing me a long sleeve shirt becuase apparently. Hospitals are cold. All of them made me feel kind of better. But none of them could really calm me down. My girlfriend who is pregnant with my son, went into labor 5 weeks early. And I'm two hours away from her. In Los Angeles traffic.

As I was driving out of ththe parking lot. I got a text from Dixie. I practically had a stroke trying to find my phone in the car. But as soon as I got it. I opened her text. It Basically said that she was at hospital. And if I could go home and pick up the bag. Cause the doctor said that it is go time.

I responded letting her know how much I love her and how she has this and I'm gonna be there soon. To be by her side. I have to be by her side.

Dixie POV:

"So, we have good news and bad news which do you want to hear first" the nurse walked in and asked. "Bad news I guess." I said "So, you are having too strong of contractions that any sort of drugs we try to give you to stop labor will not help."she told me. Tears started to fall on my face. This cannot be happening right now. It's too soon. He was supposed to stay in for another month. "Hey hey, sweetheart, try to calm down because getting worked up is not good right now." She told me sweetly. As I was hysterical "Let's do good news." She said. "Please" I said. "The good news is your baby is not showing any signs of distress. And is completely fine. His head is low down and ready to go." She told me. "That's great." I said wiping tears off my face. "Yeah it is.  I have some paperwork for you to fill out. Now would you be ok with a cervical check to dilation?" She asked me. "Yes, that would be fine I responded.
