Sakate's New Buddy

While Davide was with Kyoya, the rest of the gang were at a bench in the castle shop. "Now that Sakate has a buddy, we need someone for you to practice your new deck against. Bolt said as he, Noboru, and Sakate were looking at the cards Folbolka had with her. "A tuner." Noboru piped up. "Exactly. "Question is, who can we find to fight you?" Bolt asked looking at Noboru.

"There you guys are." A new voice caught their attention as Davide and Kiri walked up to them. "Where were you two?" Sakate asked. "Oh, we were just around." Kiri gave Davide a confused look. "What I miss?" "Her." The katana buddyfighter stated gesturing at the cat on his shoulder. The two new fighters just looked at her dumbfounded. "Fortune Dragon Folbolka?" Davide asked surprised. "Apparently." Sakate resumed scratching the back of his neck. "I'm not a dragon human!" Folbolka outburst. "Yeah? The info on your card begs to differ dragon." "Come here and say that! I dare ya!" She shouted. "Woah Folbolka calm down." Sakate said. "She's apparently a cat now Davide." Noboru said to him. "At least he gets me." Folbolka said pointing at Noboru with her claw. Davide glared at the cat still.

"So now that Sakate has a buddy. What are we going to do about the rest of us?" Davide asked. "If it makes a difference, I've already decided to become your buddy Davide." Kiri smiled, grabbing Davide's arm. This surprised everyone. "Since when?" Davide said to the monster. "Come on Davide, we'll make a great Buddyfight team." The monster said happy. "Fine. Have it your way." Davide said in defeat and Kiri smiled. "Well that leaves me and Noboru now." Bolt said and Noboru nodded.

"Well since mr. rude human over there has a buddy now. I need to defeat you!" Folbolka shouted, pointing at Davide. "Wait right now?" Sakate asked confused "Yeah right now I gotta get revenge for him calling me a dragon!" Folbolka said. "Cause that's what you are." Davide said ticking off the cat again. "How bout it Davide? Buddyfight?" Sakate looked at the former disaster member. He shrugged. "I guess so. It'll at least give me a chance to get used to your deck Miserea." Kiri smiled when Davide looked at him. "Bring it on rude human!" Folbolka challenged. "Oh you're going down cat dragon!" Davide shouted, both ready to take each other down.

Sakate and Davide went out to the Castle stage and began their fight. "Sure is going to be weird fighting for Dungeon world." Davide said. "You'll get used to it. Just like Sakate will get used to Ancient world." Kiri said. "Now let's luminize." He said and Davide nodded. "You ready Sakate?" "Ready as I'll ever be!" Sakate shouted back at him. Davide looked at his new purple and white core deck case. "Omni Lords grant me your power for this first fight! Luminize! Starting Dungeon!" Davide called out as his core deck case transformed into his choker around his neck, a black music note on it. "Playful fun under the clouds! Luminize Cloud Cat Onslaught!" Folbolka said in front of a surprised Sakate after pouncing on his core gadget making it turn into a new silver and purple gauntlet on his hand. "Hey who said you could luminize for me?" Sakate said his hands on his hips looking at his new buddy. Folbolka just smiled proudly and stuck out her tongue. Sakate rolled his eyes and glanced at Davide.

"Rude man is so going down." She said, ready to take down Davide and Miserea with Sakate by her side.
