"Time to raise the flag!" They both said. "Dungeon world!" Davide said proudly. "Ancient world!" Sakate said.

"You can go first Davide." Davide looked at his opponent and then looked at his hand for a moment. "I don't know any of these cards. What kind of deck is this?" He then looked at Kiri. "Just go with it Davide." He gave his new buddy a weird look and charged a card in his hand and then drew a new card. "Set that spell Davide." Kiri said to the still confused Davide. "I set the spell Omni Lord Alliance." He said throwing up a card to the side that landed to the right of him. Two more monster cards then flew in after it on their own and Davide's life decreased by 1 due to part of it's call cost. (Life: Davide: 9, Sakate: 10)

"Activate its ability Davide." Kiri said. "Uh. I guess I activate my set spell's ability." He said and a card from the set spells soul disappeared. Five cards appeared in front of the fighter and one of them flew out to the stage while the others returned to his deck. The card then transformed into a gray dragon with blue armor who growled. "Uh...I guess that's what it does." Davide said. Kiri nodded smiling. The monster in front of him looked back at the fighter. "I am Rivertail. Darkness Branch Omni Pillar, Rivertail to be precise." He spoke. "When I come out onto the field you gain 2 life." Rivertail said. "Oh, that's helpful." Davide said surprised, his life increasing to 12. (Life: Davide: 11-Sakate: 10)

"Rivertail attack the fighter!" He said and the monster charged. "With pleasure my lord!" River charged and dealt Sakate 2 damage (Life: Davide: 11-Sakate: 8). Now it was Sakate's move.

"I draw. Charge and draw." He looked at his hand, equally confused as Davide since he was fighting for a new world and with brand new cards too. "Oooh you have me in your hand! Call me, call me!" Folbolka said excitedly jumping up and down. He looked at Folbolka's card lifting it up and then back at his excited new buddy. "I buddy call Rainbow Fortune Beast, Folbolka Exceed to the center." Sakate announced and Folbolka pounced onto the field transforming. Her tail split into three, she now had 5 rainbow horns and looked fluffier than she was before. "Let's have some fun my good buddy!" She said happily. (Life: Davide: 11-Sakate:9) "You're right Folbolka." Sakate said excited and grabbed two more cards out of his hand. "I call Cirrus Cloud Leopard to the right and Wind Blown Dragon, Naia to the left!" He said and two more monsters appeared on the field. One was blue with white and red armored leopard on two legs and the other was a very light blue dragon with gold horns, accented tail and wings, and cloud looking patterns all over her body. "Glad to be on the field with ya Folbolka." Leopard said. "Same goes for me." Naia added.

"I cast dragon emperor legend." Sakate said. Gaining a gauge, a card in his hand, and a life (Life: Sakate: 10-Davide:11) "Give em a good show guys! Leopard attack Rivertail in the center!" Sakate shouted. "You got it!" Leopard charged at the dragon in Davide's center slashing him with her claw. "I hope my defeat is valuable to you my lord." River said before he disappeared. "Now it's my turn!" Folbolka shouted. "Wait Folbolka!" Sakate called out but it was too late. Folbolka was already running towards Davide. "Take this rude man!" She shouted. "Want me to go to the gauge Folbolka!?" Leopard shouted as Folbolka was hovering over the fighter. "Yeah!" The cat said and slashed Davide with her claws, his life going to 9. (Life: Davide: 9-Sakate: 11) "Must be an ability." Davide said. "Leopard going to the gauge I mean." He spoke. Sakate also gained a gauge and life thanks to Leopard's ability. (Life: Davide: 9, Sakate: 11 ) "You guessed it Sakate. I have the ability to send a fellow monster to the gauge." Folbolka said landing on the fight's middle pad. "It gives me double attack!" She said and pounced again. She once again dealt damage to Davide. (Life: Davide: 7-Sakate: 10)

"Naia it's your turn now! Attack the fighter!" Sakate said and Naia charged at the fighter. "I cast! Quiescence of Cassiade!" Davide said, a barrier forming in front of him and Kiri. "Nice try, but my damage can't be reduced!" Naia called out and shot some wind at Davide, his life going to 5. (Life: Davide: 5-Sakate: 11) "I guess we end our turn." Folbolka said returning to the center. 'Folbolka's something. Just wish she wouldn't act on her own.' Sakate thought.

"That's one carefree monster." Bolt said as he and Noboru were watching the fight. Noboru just nodded. "Who do you think we might get as buddies?" He then asked. Noboru just shrugged saying nothing and then the two turned their attentions back to the fight as Davide began his main phase. "I call Apprentice Sister Hanako to the right." Davide said and called a monster that was the dungeon form of Gao's little sister of Hanako aka her in a nun outfit. 'Ok it's weird fighting alongside Gao's little sister.' Davide thought. "Davide. Call the Ancient world monster from your hand too." Miserea said. "This one?" Davide asked holding up the card. Miserea nodded. "Okay. I call Ancient Branch Omni Pillar Underburrow to the right!" He threw the card up in the air and out came a small groundhog like monster with a yellow fuzzy pointed tail. "My lord. Let my skills be useful to you." Underburrow said once she appeared on the right. Thanks to Hanako's ability Davide gained 1 life and gauge. (Life: Davide: 6, Sakate: 11)

"Go ahead Burrow!" Miserea called out. "Hey wait." Davide said. A gauge flew into Underburrow and a card from Davide's core gadget flew into his set spell. "See? Now you can use the set spell again if you want." "Can you not be like Folbolka over there?" Davide asked nodding his head to the monster in Sakate's center. "Acting on your own like that." "I'm just trying to help." Miserea said putting his hands up in defense. "I got this, just sit back." Davide said and looked at his hand. Miserea just crossed his arms and pouted.

'He's right. I might as well use it again. It looks like it can call a monster from my deck by discarding the souls.' Davide thought looking at the floating ball of his set spell next to him. 'Which means once that soul hits zero I won't be able to call monster from the deck anymore. I'll admit Underburrow's ability was helpful.' "I activate Alliance's skill once again!" He said and another card disappeared from the set spell's soul. Then another five cards appeared and one flew out to the left from among them. This time it was a bird like monster with a long-sleeved blue shirt, tan pants, and a yellow scarf around his neck that appeared on Davide's center. "Haha! I Demons Branch Omni Pillar Bune here to have some fun!" He said as he appeared.

"Wait...Bune?" Bolt said looking at the monster. "You know it?" Noboru asked. "Yeah, I think he was DJ of the Graveyard Bune." The hundred demons player said. "I had no idea some of my hundred demons turned Omni Pillar." Bolt said. "Welcome to the party Bune. Attack the center with Underburrow!" Davide called out and both monsters jumped towards their cat opponent. "Just try and defeat me!" Both monsters' attacks collided and Folbolka disappeared for a sec. She then reappeared. "Nice try but I have soulgaurd!" Folbolka challenged. "Hanako take out Naia!" Davide called and Hanako threw some pretty little flowers towards Naia. "I cast Hundred Demons Sorcery Ryubokushihai (Ryu-bo-ku-she-hi)!" Sakate cast a spell that destroyed Hanako and gained him 1 life. (Life: Davide: 6, Sakate: 12) "Nice one Sakate!" Bolt cheered. "I guess that ends my turn." Davide said.

Sakate's turn was next. You don't want to miss this buddyfight!
