Midoryia would still go in for his usual torture sessions with Bakugo and Todoroki. He'd get them to kill someone every other day, it was his way if breaking Bakugo.
Because he knew Bakugo wanted to be a hero, not a villain...

At UA, Iida was taken for more questioning. After he got a physical evaluation to check for any further damage done. The only things left were scars, Midoryia had healed the wounds after all. He was given a warm welcome back at UA, though people couldn't help but stare at the unremovable collar.

Midoryia had learned that they were delaying the exams and camp until further notice, he couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright Toga. It's time" Midoryia said. He had collected more blood over the span of 3 days, he'd need as much as possible.

"Yay!" She chirped running to the fridge and grabbing a bag. She quickly consumed the bag and transformed into Todoroki.

"Alright now how do I act like him?" She asked in Todoroki's voice. "Todoroki typically keeps to himself and rarely talks. He acts cold and distant to others and usually minds his business. He's quite the simple person to pretend to be" Midoryia explained.

"Right so like this" she said leaning against the wall, 1 leg up. She was pretending to be him. "That is his casual pose. Hmm, spill some of the blood on where the scars would be on the clothes. Batter up the clothes and mess up your hair, they don't expect him to come back looking pristine" Midoryia said. Toga did just that.

"Good now you look exactly like him, all that's missing is a collar... Hmm
Toga, I have a fake collar that looks like the collar they wear, it doesn't send shocks but it's quite tight. You don't mind wearing it right?" Midoryia said, he wasn't really even asking her. She had no choice.

"Yeah I don't really care, where is it?" She asked. "Top cabinet above your head" Midoryia said. She grabbed the collar and put it on. "Now you look like him.

Kurogiri! Open up a portal at UA's gates. Toga, I want your best acting. Don't fall out of character" Midoryia glared at her. She nodded her head and walked into Kurogiri's portal.

The collar Midoryia gave her actually had a camera and a microphone. Midoryia could listen in at any given time, he also gave Toga an earpiece.
He'd talk directly to her to give her instructions.

Toga then ran into the gates of UA, signalling the guards. They took her to Nezu's office.

"Ah Todoroki it seems they released you as well..
We need to take you for interrogation to ensure that this is you, we were told by Iida that the league obtained some new members.
One that can make duplicates and one that can more into others with blood" Nezu said.

"I'm famous!" Toga thought to herself. "Okay sir" she said pulling off her best Todoroki impression. Nezu then guided her to a car to Tsukauchi's office.

She shortly arrived and was taken for questioning.

"Okay Todoroki. What do you remember about being there?" Tsukauchi asked.

"Tell them how Todoroki was abused and forced to kill" Midoryia whispered into the ear piece.

"...I was forced to kill someone... They tortured me and Bakugo." She said.
"Hmm. truth" Tsukauchi said.

"If your pretending to be someone lie detector quirks don't work too well, That's what I learned" Midoryia chuckled from behind the earpiece.

"Your story adds up with Iida's. Roll up your sleeves" Tsukauchi said.

"Since Todoroki's has scars your transform quirk should have that copied don't worry" Midoryia whispered.

She rolled up both her sleeves revealing Todoroki's new knife scars.
"Hmm.
I can conclude you are the real Shoto Todoroki. You may return to UA" Tsukauchi said. "Okay sir" Toga said. She got up and left the office, getting back on the same car to UA.
