The next day-

Midoryia and Todoroki battered them selves up with fake blood and ripped up clothes. They had to seem like they were being tortured after all.

They let the fake blood dry up a bit before leaving.
They walked into UA's building surprising everyone again.
They were taken to Nezu due to the confusion.

"Todoroki.
The story Bakugo told us was that you had died.
How do we know this is the actual you?" Nezu asked.
"I don't know what Bakugo is talking about, I was locked up in a cell the whole time" Todoroki said. "Hmm.
A DNA test won't hurt us. And Kuro, how do you not have any scars?" Nezu asked.

"They tried to make a disgusting villain because my quirk was similar to the second boss. They treated me better than Bakugo and Todoroki to try and convince me but I refused.

"I'll get Aizawa in here. If it's a quirk you'll melt" Nezu said pulling out his phone. Midoryia let a grin slip out from underneath his mask.

Aizawa came quickly and turned his quirk on.
"It's the actual them!" Aizawa said glad his students haven't died.

"That's good. Why did he release you 2? He usually gives us a message whenever he does" Nezu asked. "He did tell me to give you this note..
I didn't read it though" Midoryia said pulling out a crumpled piece of paper.
Nezu took the paper and began to read.

"Hello Nezu.
As you can see I returned your pathetic students. all I say is this isn't the last of me, they just got too boring for my tastes.

Watch out" is what the note had said.

"Kuro, not that I don't believe you but can you slide your mask down?" Nezu asked.

Midoryia quickly put dark matter over in a graphic way.
He pulled down the mask making Nezu lightly gasp.

"What happened?" Nezu asked. "It's a quirk accident from when I was younger. I'm a bit self conscious so I keep this mask on" Midoryia said sliding it right back. The dark matter had changed his face enough that Nezu didn't question it.

It even shocked Todoroki.

"Sorry for bringing up something personal. Well, because you 2 are officially back we can unpause activities here at UA. I hope you 2 get better soon and if you ever need to talk about what happened we have a school therapist" Nezu said. "Thank you" Midoryia said. "Thank you" Todoroki said as well.

They both got up and left the room, following Aizawa to the classroom.
When they walked in everyone's eyes widened.

Surprised, overwhelmed, and happy out of everything.
They had mourned the death of Todoroki from what Bakugo had said but seeing him up and walking shocked them.

"Hey everyone. I'm not dead" Todoroki said in his usual tone of voice.

"how? I remember killing you?" Bakugo asked. "Right, they had me in another room. Any version of me you saw were all fake" Todoroki replied.
Bakugo sighed in a bit of relief. He had returned to his normal self after his class welcomed him back warmly and after he went to the therapist a couple times.

His normal self being his loud,over confident, prideful self.

"That's great man! But how do we know the 2 aren't clones or a transformation?" Kirishima asked. "I used my quirk on them both.
If it were toga she would have melted by now. Twice's duplicates hardly last too long" Aizawa replied.

"So they really are back!" Kaminari cheered. The class cheered loudly as Midoryia and Todoroki took their seats.

"So far so good" Midoryia said to Todoroki.
