Midoryia jumped back and sent a dark matter spike at her. She dodged and activated her quirk making Todoroki and Midoryia both fall into a laughing fit.

It doe-s quite the opposite!"

Midoryia, laughing hysterically, hit the ground again and sent 2 dark matter whips going straight for her. She was dodging left and right only focused on Midoryia.

That was her mistake.
Todoroki captured her with his ice whilst laughing, an unusual sight for everyone.
Todoroki wasn't the type to laugh so loud.

When she got stuck in Todoroki's ice she accidentally turned her quirk off. Midoryia wrapped her up in dark matter.

I'll admit that is quite a useful quirk for low tier villains but...
The difference between us and any other Villain is that

we aren't low tier at all

So in the end that quirk is quite useless against me" Midoryia said as he approached her. She was struggling through the dark matter trying to break free but it was no use, it was like she was stuck in a glue trap.

Good bye" Midoryia chuckled flicking her forehead. It didn't take long for her to crumble into dust and die.

"MS JOKE!!!" Her class screamed, she was a teacher after all and her students just watched her die.

This was your teacher?" Midoryia chuckled.

I'll kill you!" Someone from her class screamed as he hit the ground.

Large shockwaves went through the dark matter box and rattled the ground, it felt like an earthquake.

"It's quite useless trying to fight me.

Midoryia jumped into the air, using his wings to keep flight.
He grabbed Todoroki using a dark matter whip and then released everyone in the box.

They all chased after him, Midoryia laughed psychotically as they did. Todoroki just watched as he was being literally dragged through the air.

Midoryia stopped in the air and looked down at them all, his bloody white wings turning into a matte black as he did.
The entire crowd of people stopped to look at him as they prepared their quirks to attack.

Midoryia's phone was going off.

"Wait I need to answer this call, we can fight in a second" Midoryia said. The crowd stared at him confused as he pulled out his phone and answered.
It was Shigaraki.

"Where are you!? I told you we have an important meeting today and that you needed to buy some things" shigaraki spat. "Calm downnn. I'm just tormenting the people at the provisional License Exam place." Midoryia replied.

"Hurry up!" Shigaraki growled ending the call. "Well that was abrupt" Todoroki chuckled. "Hm looks like we gotta hurry things up.
Not that difficult" Midoryia said as a psychotic grin made its way to his face.

"Well it seems I have to hurry and wrap things up.

So~" dark matter knives and pins began to appear in the air surrounding Midoryia as well as a couple guns.
