- Three Days Later -

Grabbing onto the side of my bed firmly. The ship shakes violently around me. The books on my shelf clatter to the floor... I'm gonna have to reorganize those.. god fucking dammit. Growling in frustration I get up and out of my bed, hugging the wall I walk into the hallway. The ship shaking back and forth around me, I manage to make it to the lift all by myself. Pushing the button to the elevator thankfully it opens, Bones is standing inside holding onto the railing for dear life. "The hells going o-on?" I ask as the door slides shut behind me, the elevator quickly zooming up to the bridge. The speed and shaking causing me to fall. Thankfully Bones catches me, helping me right myself.

"No clue. All I know is the Captain wants me on the bridge. Medical emergency." The door dings open, both of us walk out assessing the situation.. Oh no it's this episode.

"Bones, Alex--" Jim nods his head to me as he turns his attention back to what he was doing. "Can effect changes in time, causing turbulent waves of space displacement."

"I- I remember this." I say with a squint. Bones kneels down to the injured Sulu. Assessing his health before he decides to inject two droplets of cordruzine, drawing the medicine into the syringe.

"That's some tricky stuff Bones. Are you sure that-" Rolling his eyes Bones continues to treat Sulu. Injecting the medicine straight into his veins. Seconds later he wakes up, sitting up slowly he looks at the Captain and smiles. Feeling 100x better than he did before, thanks to the drugs in his system. Bones sighs softly as he gets up off the floor. Making his way over to the navigation station, the hypo syringe he used on Sulu still in hand.

"BONES DROP THE HYPO!" Bones looks at me and drops it to the floor, before a wave of displacement shakes the ship. Bones grabs ahold of the side of the terminal. He would of stabbed the entire contents of the syringe into himself if I didn't yell... The ship shakes violently causing me to fall down to the floor- Spock with Vulcan speed grabs my waist and holds me close to him, pressing me against his chest. Steadying us both as the ship shakes violently around us.

Blushing furiously at the contact I feel his chest press against my back.. the warmth coming off him is astounding. The displacement wave slows down before it stops all together.. Releasing my tight grip on Spock's arm I sigh in relief. Spock reluctantly lets me go with an odd look on his face.. almost as if he's perplexed about something.

"Thanks Spock.." Turning around I give him a kind smile.

"Alex may I.. Ask why you yelled at him to drop the hypo?" Jim re-adjusts himself in his seat. Looking over to me he strokes his chin.

"Well.. If he held onto it. The entire vial would of been injected into his system, Jim.. Which would set off a series of events that lead to the destruction of the timeline. Then the repair, he heads to the surface of the planet and.. well.. Jumps through a time portal to the 1990's." I should have let it happen... the I could gone to the 90's and buy pokemon cards in bulk. Then make a huge profit because they would be in mint condition!

"Fascinating.." The odd look disappears as he understands why I yelled.. But there's still a weird look on Spock's face.. hmph. "Do you know what's on the planet? All of our scans have been inconclusive." Jim squints his eyes at me.

"Well.. Its.. Hard to explain.." Scratching my head, my eyes dart back and forth. Thinking of a way to explain the guardian of forever.. My thoughts begin to scatter around, groaning in irritation I look at Spock. "Spock I.. know it's kind of wrong to ask this... But I think you can formulate the description better then I can.. Will you meld with me..? I'll show you the episode in my head. I'm having trouble putting it to words right now. It's an autism thing.. for me at least."
