'UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES'
Robb stood across from Ellie, who stood by one of the men, within an empty tent just inside the camp. His mind couldn't come up with one possible reason as to why she desperately desired to talk with him, but he gave it a chance. "Look, I know what you think of my family. I know what we've done to yours, and I know why you desire nothing more than our heads on spikes." She told him, honestly.
"That's an understatement." Theon had said, from beside Robb.
"Tell me, your grace, what do you even know of me?" She asked. He looked to her, realizing he knew absolutely nothing. "In the castle, I comforted both of your sisters when Joffrey treated them terribly. I was by Sansa's side when her wolf was slain, and by Arya's when Joffrey killed that butcher's boy."
"And what does that have to do with anything?" Theon spoke again, but Robb simply held up his hand, silencing him. He cowered back a little, confused to why Robb was actually entertaining this enemy.
"Your grace, I just recently learned of my brother pushing yours from the window, truthfully, I had no idea. I've also learned of my father's questionable past, and yes, Cersei and Jaime have had relations, and Joffrey is theirs." She confirmed suspicions, but also the rumors. She knew what she was doing, and she knew she was going to be titled a traitor, but Ellie didn't care anymore. She wanted nothing to do with her family, as they were liars, murderers, and horrible people. "My whole life, I've wanted nothing more than to witness battle, and fight. My whole life, I have detested my family and my name, and dreamed of running away from their grasp. It took me until this very moment, to realize what side I really felt I belonged to." She continued on, trying to find the best way to word this. "I know my father is more concerned with Jaime being here, than myself, and quite honestly, I'd prefer to never return at all."
"What're you getting at?" Theon spoke for Robb, yet again, as Catelyn had eyed her, carefully, seeming to actually believe her, which was shocking, to say the least.
"I'm saying, let me stay here. Maybe not a prisoner, or at least a prisoner until I can earn your trust and prove my loyalty, but let me fight for you." She begged, somewhat losing a little pride, but also having had all this time to reflect on her life and family, she did not care for her side of the war much longer. Maybe it was the lack of food, making her lose her mind, or maybe it was the fact that she truly lost all respect for her family, and wanted no part of the corrupt Lannister's reign, she wasn't aboslutely positive, but she had her ideas of why she had this change of heart. "Plus, what better way to piss off my father, than having his daughter fight against him?" She asked, yet again. "I give you my word, your grace. Let me prove myself, or kill me." She stared to him, as he stared back, questioning her motives. Was this Tyrion Lannister's secret plan? Was she going to be a spy and crawl back to him the first chance she got, and ruin everything? He wasn't sure, but he seemed to like the idea of finding one more way to anger her father. He wasn't sure what to do with her or Jaime yet, anyways, and maybe this would be a good advantage, as well as a decent leverage.
"Davies," he turned to one of the guards beside her, who looked up to him, straightening his posture.
"Yes, your grace?"
"Take her back to her cell. We will discuss this proposition at a later time, I must think on it." He turned his eyes to her, who bowed her head, understanding entirely.
"Thank you," she began, "your grace."
