"Why does the train trip have to last so long!" Natsu whines as he clutches onto his stomach. The team's heading home now. They split up in the same groups as last time. Erza, being annoying, decided not to karate chop Natsu unconscious, leaving Gray to suffer with hearing his whines.

"Don't even think about vomiting on my boots, Spineless Wimp," Gray says with disgust and pulls his legs into himself to protect himself from Natsu.

"Wendy, help me!" Natsu's hoarse voice strains quietly. Gray slides the window open, the fast wind rushing in. Happy shivers. Natsu shakily brings his hands up to the window sill and throws his head out of it. The sound of Natsu regurgitating his previous meal fills the cabin. Gray internally pukes.

Natsu still can't move his left arm all the way up which is interfering with his daily life. Once the team returns to the guild, Natsu's going to start therapy. It's been exceedingly hard for Gray to ignore his feelings for Natsu, especially after the events of the previous day. After Lucy told him about her crush, Gray has tried to distance himself from Natsu even more.

The previous night, Gray couldn't sleep well. Something must have triggered memories of Deliora. He'd wake up in a cold sweat, heart pumping furiously and head hurting. No matter how many years it's been from their deaths, Gray can't stop remembering Ur and his parents deaths. He'd thought of two possibilities. It's either a warning that a catastrophy was going to hit, or he hadn't truly gotten over their deaths yet. The spiral of memories was the same.

Deliora, Ur, parents, blood, sacrifice, death, dad's resurrection, death, Deliora, Ur, parents, blood, sacrifice, death, dad's resurrection, death...

To distract himself from the tear-shredding memories, he thought of an idea, "Yo, Pyro," Gray huffs.

Natsu turns his head inside the cabin and looks over at Gray. "What, I-Ice Princess?"

"I can knock you unconscious. I don't want to hear you gaging and puking every five seconds."

"P-Please do," Natsu pleads. Gray stands up and walks in front of Natsu. He stares into his onyx eyes before bringing his hand up and chopping it down onto the back of his neck. Natsu's body immediately fell limp, head edging closer to the ground. Gray quickly catches him and pushes him back on the seat. Gray sits down in the spot beside Natsu. Natsu, this time, falls to the right, head against the wall. Gray didn't even notice. His efforts to stop the memories were wasted. He hates it. He wants it to stop.

"I need the bathroom," Gray mumbles and stands up. Happy looks over at him in acknowledgement. Gray drags the cabin door open and walks down the narrow hallway, having to squeeze through the crack between Erza's luggage and the wall. He sees the wooden door with the male label carved into a wooden panel.

Gray pushes the door open and walks in. It's completely empty. He glides his feet over the tiles and towards the sinks. He grips both sides of one and stares at himself in the mirror. He growls at his reflection. Gray hits himself in the face with his right hand, leaving a stinging sensation. "Snap out of it, Gray. That happened years ago. Get over it already!" Gray's angry orotund voice echoes through the empty stalls.

He grips the sides of the sink harder, until he feels them cracking under his grip. Gray lets out a shaky, long breath. He closes his eyes and the image of Deliora's large buff body comes into view. His mouth wide open to reveal his sharp fangs. Deliora starts stomping closer to Gray's tiny figure. Then he sees it. The sight that still brings him down to this day. Short dark purple hair flows in front of Grays vision. The owner of the luscious hair turns around and gives a small but pained smile, her black eyes glisten. Ur turned back around to face the looming monster. She drags her feet out to the sides, preparing to use Iced Shell and there was nothing that Gray could do to stop her.

Gray's eyes snap open as quickly as Natsu is to bicker with him. Tears brim in his eyes like the top of a waterfall, ready to slip over any second. He once again presses his tongue to the roof of his mouth and wipes the tears away with his hand. "I'm sorry, Ur. I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough to save you," Gray whispers to himself and looks down into the basin. He shakily turns the tap on and cups his hands under the faucet. Water pools in them. He quickly draws them to his face and splashes it. The water drips down his face as he drags his hands down his cheeks slowly. He turns the taps off and pats his face down with paper towel. As he chucks them into the bin, Gray hears a familiar voice behind him.

"Cheer up Gray. You're my pupil, remember?" A soft but harsh females voice calls out behind him. Gray's eyes widen and he turns around without hesitation.

Ur stood in front of him. Small blue sparkles slowly evaporating into the atmosphere above. She has one hand on her waist and the other out to the side.

"Is that really you, Ur!?" Gray shouts, tears starting to form in his eyes again.

"Well, you could say it is. I've come down to visit you, Gray. I'm not alive anymore. Iced Shell allows you a quick five minute visit to the one person of your choice and I chose you," Ur informs. "I don't have much time, Gray, but remember this. I trained you to become a strong wizard. Yes, I may have died years ago but I'll always live on in your heart. I never want to see you die, Gray, not soon at least. You're a good and smart man and I want to watch you grow for as long as I live." She smiles before continuing. "It wasn't your fault that I died that night. I didn't just sacrifice my life to save yours. I sacrificed it to save the whole of humanity and happiness. I love you Gray and I want you to fulfil your goals, so please, push those memories aside." Ur finishes her pep-talk with her hands cupping Gray's tear streaked face. Her warmth radiating of her skin and warming Gray's.

Ur is disappearing and turning into blue sparkles. "Don't leave me, Ur. I miss you," Gray chokes out as Ur's body nears complete evaporation.

"I'll always be in your heart, Gray," Ur says as the last remaining sparkles evaporate. Gray collapses into a heap on the bathroom floor. Tears run down his face and splashing against the tiles.

"Ur..." he mumbles. He forces a smile onto his face and stands shakily. He reminds himself that he needs to stay strong for her. He wipes the tears away and washes the signs of his breakdown with water before returning to the cabin.

"Took you long enough," Happy says offensively as soon as the ice mage walks through the door.

"Yeah? So what?" Gray replies.

"Oh, nothing."
