"Yes?"
"Finally!" They cheered, leaving me confused.
"Huh?" I furrowed my eyebrows at Niki, looking for an answer.
"Well, you haven't come to parties with us for a long time already. Obviously, we're thrilled for you to finally join us, you know?" Niki put an arm around me. I smiled at how happy they were to know that I'll join them to the party.
"What changed your mind?" Ian brought up. That question made me rethink my decisions, which I don't really like. I can't even remember why I wanted to come. "I don't know. It's probably 'cause I don't have anything to do this Sunday so why not, right?" I shrugged.
"But I don't want to get too wasted, though." "Don't worry, you got us." Brian put a hand on my shoulder. "Thank you, people. I love you." I stood up and put my dirty dishes in the sink.

It was Sunday morning, 9 AM. I woke up pretty early that day.
I walked out of my room and walked to the kitchen, greeted by Brian making Omelettes.
"Hey, Bri." I opened the fridge to get the carton of milk Joji and I bought 2 days before.
"You're up early. You want some egg?" He flipped the egg on the pan and looked at me. "Sure. You're gonna make it for me or..." "I'll make it. You'll ruin it." He put the egg on his plate and gave it to me.
"Thank you, my dearest Brian." I took a fork and took a bite out of the hot Omelette. The hot egg burned my tongue and I started to squeal as if there were a big hot potato in my mouth.
"Dumbass." Brian chuckled as he put the egg mixture onto the pan.
Chad walked out of his bedroom and walked to the fridge. He took out a banana and peeled it as he sat on the chair beside me. "You're up early." He said as he took a bite out of his banana.
"I know. I don't know why. It's really irritating. I need more time to sleep." I blew the egg on my fork.
"When did you sleep last night?" He took another bite of his banana. "The usual." I said and ate the piece of egg on my fork. "Okay, you do need sleep. Don't drink coffee today, maybe."
"Thank you, Chad." I smiled and took another bit of egg on my fork and blew on it. Chad nodded and leaned back. "Is Niki up yet?" I looked over too Brian who just finished making his Omelette. He sat down on the chair beside me, across Chad.
"No, not yet." Just after Brian replied, Niki walked out of her room. "Morning." She said as she walked towards the fridge. "Morning." Brian, Chad and I replied. "Why does everyone go to the fridge right after they wake up?" Brian said.
"Wait, you don't? Are you even human?" Niki joked as she brought out a cup of yogurt out of the fridge. "It's essential." I agreed to her point and continued to take another bite out of my egg.
"You got Omelette? Okay, I'm gonna make it." She opened the fridge once more and took out an egg. "Can you make one for me?" Chad said. "Of course!" She took out another egg and closed the fridge.

Niki finished making both Chad and her Omelette and sat down beside him.
"So, what made you wake up early?" She took a spoonful of yogurt in her mouth as she waited for the egg to cool down. "Is it the movie we watched last night?"
"Maybe. I don't really know." I groaned. "You know what? Just congratulate me. I woke up early, c'mon."
"Yeah, we know. But it's still unhealthy, and the duration of your sleep is also too short now. I don't know much about sleep though, but that's what I know." Niki took another spoonful of her yogurt.
