People started coming to the mansion for the party. We already prepared many things for the party, so it was going well.
As time goes by, people started to fill around the mansion, dancing to loud music and eating the food the chef made. I looked around to look for y/n, or Snooz, maybe, but she was nowhere to be seen.
"Come on, just have fun first, and then we can look for her. It wouldn't be that hard either." Niki pulled me into the crowd in the back of the mansion.
"Yeah, you're right." I yelled through the crowd, hoping Niki would hear me.
"Hey, that's Joji!" "Hey Joji." "Congrats on your release, Joji, Niki!"
I smiled and decided to just join the crowd and dance around. I might've been thinking too much about the whole Snooz thing.
Brian came and joined us. We all danced around for a long time, but we weren't sure how long.
"I'm gonna take a break from dancing. I'll be back later." I said to the girls following me as I walked away from the crowd.
"Oh okay. See you, Joji!"
I went inside to get something to drink. I was really thirsty from all those jumping and dancing. I sat down on a chair, looking out of the window, noticing a car arrived. More people are coming. I'm actually gonna drown in this crowd.
I don't really like this, but I don't hate it as well, if you get what I mean. I mean, yeah sure, I love these kind of things, celebrating the release of our newest album, but there's already many people here and we're still gonna add more.
I moved to the chair near the pool, watching them dance. They told me to get back in, but I refused but I said I will go back.
I looked around and I noticed that Jon and Ellie were already here. I walked up to them and greeted them.
"Hey, Joji. You're not fooling around?" Jonathan gave me a fist bump.
"Oh, I did. I'm just resting for a bit. I'll probably go back."
"Wow, there's so many floaties in the pool." Ellie laughed in amusement.
"You wanna jump in?" "Nahh. Maybe later. I don't know."
I talked with them on the lounge chair, talking about how cool the mansion is. It was a fun talk, until when I saw a figure walking on the roof. Not the creepy type, it was just someone smoking with a cap on.
"Oh?"
"What?" Ellie noticed my face lighting up.
"Nothing, I just knew you can go up there." I smiled. I stood up from the lounge chair I was sitting and sighed. "Alright, see you later."
"See you." Jon and Ellie replied.
I walked to the corner of the mansion, away from the crowd. There was a secret route covered in bushes and some other potted plants. I walked in and noticed a set of stairs, going up to the roof. I walked up the stairs and noticed how awesome the view is as I go higher and higher every step.
As I reached the top, the person was still there, staring at the view they were getting. It was too dark to see who it was, but I know they were smoking, from the smoke being blown out of their mouth.
"Oh, I don't know we can get up here." I walked over to the person, standing beside them. "I can't really see your face right now, since it's covered by your cap and it's dark so... I'm Joji. Well, you would know me if you came here. You?"
They stayed silent. But, they handed me their box of cigarettes.
"Oh, thank you." I took one and put it in between my lips. "Lighter?" They handed me the lighter as well and I lit mine up. "You know, we use the same brand and type and stuff?"
