Pumkin says "ecuse me sorry to interrupt but are you two hunggry?" " yes thank you." They both say. But aural ask "do you need some help? " "no thanks we got it you talk and keep an eye on him make sure he is safe incase the gards come looking for you now the king is dead." Pumkin response. "Right." Auora answers as she begins to talk to the man again. But the man asks " ecuse me I beg your pardon but are you going to walk all the way to the stream nea use that is a long way to walk."
(60.) you laught. "What is so funny?" The man ask. "Why wall when you can fly." You tell him "fly. With what.?" He asks once more. "Fallow me I'll show you." You say walking over grabbing your spare saddle. "May I?" You ask Auora holding how sadle up. "Go ahad" she assures you laying down. You strap the saddle on her and grab the mans arm pulling him tword Auora. He pulled back as if he did not want to but you carried on. Auora was still resting on the ground when she ecstended her wing. You pulled the man infront of you. Him panicking. You telling "hay hay hay hay listen!" He did not listen so you gave him a gentle shape acrose the face getting his atrention on you. "Listen let her do all the work you just hold on and tell her what to do ok?" "Ok" he replied. And with that Auora stands up. "Go easy on him." You tell her. She nods. And slowly streches her wings and jumps up flying just a few feet off the ground. Then she flys higher and hovers waiting for you and pumkin to appear.
(61.) you look up watching aural and the man. You notice they are waiting so you run and leap onto pumkin. She leaps off the ground much quicker and more efficient than Auora. Pumkin flyes next to Auora. "How Ya doing?" You ask the man. "A lot better than I thought I would be." He replies. "wanna race?" You ask him. "Sure." "Ok ready set....GO" both pumkin and Auora burst forward. Pumkin slowly speeds ahead of Auora. "Ya." You say as she passes Auora. The man on Auora says "let's see how fast you can go." Auora grins and says "hold on." And with that Auora zoomed bast you and pumkin. Although the pumkin starts to fly up. "Pumkin what are you... Oh I get it smart" she goes above the clouds. "Now" you tell her and she dive bombs tword the ground gaining more speed and rushes past Auora. You and pumkin crose the creek and then land. Auora is not far behind you and pumkin. She lands ecstending her wing. "Come on" she says to the man as he wiggles his way out of the saddle and slides down her wing. Both pumkin and Auora are breathing heavey. You sit down grabe your fishing pole and put a worm on the hook. Then you hand your extra rode to the man. He grabes it and sits next to you.
(62.) "wow." He says "what is it?" You ask. "It's just there's so much I didn't know about dragons." "Ya they make pritty good companions." You replie. "I'm sorry I was threatening you two back there i was just afraid and I really wanted to learn about dragons and I had a mission from the king." He says. "Oh what was your mission?" You ask "My mission was to find the egg and destroy it." He says lowering his head. "So let me get this straight" you say "so the king sent you here to kill pumkin." "Yes and the king said do not return until you have destroyed it and bring me the shell." He assures you. "I have a question." You tell him "yes?" He asks "do you trust us?" You ask him. "Oh yes very much so." He replies. "Then can you tell us your name." "My name is vendrew." As he says this Auora and pumkin over hear him.
(63.) Auora flys over the stream where you and vendrew are fishing. "Pumkin and I will fly further down stream to scare the fish tword you two." "Ok dont go to fare." Pumkin lands next to you. And rubs her head agains you. "I love you." She wispers. " I love you two be safe" you wisper back. Within that moment you reallize your bond with pumkin is stronger that it was. You love her like she is your daughter. " I know" she replies then she leaps away to catch up to her mother. You look back at vendrew. "Do you trust me?" He asks. "Sorta." You replie. "Well than I hope you don't mind me asking you some questions." He says "not at all." You replie. As vendrew asks you questions and you answer the best way you know how. Pumkin and Auora are are further down stream. "Auora?" Pumkin asks. "Dosent that name sound familiar?" "What name?" Auora asks. "Vendrew" pumkin replies. "Dosent tickle my scale." Auora replies. "Hmm that name seems familiar I know I've herd it somwhere before." Pumkin says. But soon Auora replies " actualy I think I have herd that befor. When that charm was incontrol of me I could still see hear and tast things and this one time when I was the Kings throne I herd him call out "vendrew" he said withe great rage. "Go bring me the shell of that dragon egg." And with that vendrew left." Auora finished forgetting that conversation she asked. "Pumkin? Can you swim?" "I love to swim." She replies. And with that pumkin dives into the stream swiming twords you and vendrew.
(64.) Auora flys ahead. "Real in your lines" she demands you and vendrew. You do as she says. Then Auora lands in the water waiting for pumkins arrival. Pumkin is chasing the fish twords Auora traping them. But once the fish are traped pumkin nor Auora know what to do. Until vendrew walks away and what he returns he is draging a old bed sheet behind him. "Here" he says handing the sheet to pumkin. "How maney are down there" you ask. "About 30" pumkin replies. "Let a cuple go we don't need that many fish." Auora flys just above the stream to slow a cuple fish swim by. Then she lands. Pumkin takes the sheet lays it on the bottom of the stream. Then she asks "Auora grabe that end." Auora does as her daughter says. Pumkin stands in the water holding one end of the sheet in her back two claws. Now faceing the opposite direction that she was. Auora faces the same direction grabbing the other end of the sheet with her front two claws. Then both of them ecstend out one wing resting it on the bank. You and vendrew look at each other in confusion. Then Auora and pumkin look at each other and shake there hands. "Shale we?" Pumkin ask. "We shale." Auoras answers. And with that they both move there tails behind you and vendrew. Then they whip there tails twords themselfs traping you and vendrew onto there wings. Then they ecstend there wings sliding you onto there backs. Then they slowly lift out of the water pulling the sheet with them grabbing all the fish with them.
(65.) you all fly back home. When you get there you tell Auora and pumkin to land near your fire pit. They do as you say. You jump off pumkin and walk over to your wood pile and grabe some logs. Then you go to a nearby tree and brake off some of the branches. You put the wood in the fire pit. Then you sit down. "Do you need some help?" Auora offers. " if you don't mind?" You ask. "Not at all." She replies. Then she looks at the fire pit oppens her mouth and a flame burst out of her mouth lighting the fire. You and vendrew jump back bumping int pumkin. "Don't worry you'll get use to it." Pumkin says. When Auora stops she looks at you and vendrew. Her ears fold back she lowered her head and says. "What too much?" You,vedrew, and pumkin laught and soon Auora joins in. Then you give a stick to vendrew. You put a fish on his and he puts a fish on yours. You and vendrew cook the fish over the hot fire leaning up agains your fire breathing winged friedns. Auora and pumkin are eating. When you hear something in the distance. It spounds like. Horses. "Vendrew do you hear that." You ask him. "Ya I do." Pumkin and auoras stop eating and listen to. You set your stick down next to you. Stand up vendrew has done the same. You look at each other and both nod. Vendrew jumps on supra you on pumkin. "Vedrew stay on the ground woth Auora incase it is the Kings men. Ok?" You ask. "Right." He says
(66.) pumkin walks to the edge of the trees and looks put. "See anything?" You ask her. "Yes but I can't make out what they are. She flys up. "Pumkin can you breath fire two?" You ask her. "Yes" she replies. You don't evan have to tell her what to do. She circles the shadows in flames traping them. What you see are two horse palace horses to be exact. But to your suprise they have no riders. Pumkin lands. You slide off of pumkin. You wait until the flames die down. Then you reach throught grabbing the horses bridles. "Shhhhhhh it's ok it's ok settle down." You said as you calmly ran your hand down there neck. "Why did you try to light us on fire?" A voice asks. "Pumkin is some one out there?" You ask her still looking at the horses. "No it was the horse." You are suprised at what you just herd but somehow you belive it. "We wernt trying to light you on fire we thought you were Knights comeing to kill the Kings dragon" "no why would we want to do that?" They ask. "Never mind come fallow me." You say. The two horses do as you say. As you walk the horses up pumkin walks next to you. "Pumkin go tell vendrew and Auora they are comeing we don't want them to attack the horses." You tell her. "But what about you is dangerous at night, thers Wolves, coyotes, bars,-" you cut her off "pumkin" you gently scold her. "Ok" she says as she runs then leaps off the ground to tell the others.
(67.) "why did you tell her to do that?" One of the horses ask you. "Becease our friends don't take well to new people or in your case animals." You say. You are still holding the horses bridale so you can feel them look at each other. "Don't worry pumkin and I will protect you if they act up." You assure them. "Who's pumkin?" They both ask. "My dragon." You replie. "Dragon!?!" On of them screM and rare up pulling there bridal out of your hand. The other one pulls away to but dosent freak out. The other one runs and calms the other one down. "What happened?" You ask but none of them, replie. You walk on them now both fallowing you. You walk to the house and see pumkin Auora and vedrew sitting there waiting for you. Pumkin quickly nusles you. The two horses walk to the opposite side of the fire and start to graze.
(68.) "who are they?" Vendrew wispers to you. "I don't know I didn't ask." You replie. Vendrew speaks up. "Ecuse me?" The horses look at him. "But do you two have names?" He asks. "Oh yes." One of them replie. "I am Celia and this is ciletees." "We are rare horse we are smart. Some people call us unicorns. But everyone knows unicorns have horns and we don't. But soon I will have wings." "Your going to love them." Pumkin says. You yawn. "It's late we should get to bed." You say. "Ask them if they want to stay." Pumkin tells you. "Celia ciletees. Would you like to spend the knight." Celia looks at celestees. "Shure thankyou" Celia replies. You pumkin and Auora scops you and vendrew up keeping you and him warm. Auora lays her head down next to vedrew. Pumpkin dose the same. But looks up at Celia and celestees. She notices they are snuggled together to keep warm. Pumkin stands up picking you up in her mouth and walks over and lays next to the two horse warming them with her body.
(69.)you wake up and vendrew, pumkin,Celia, and celestees are all gone. But Auora is there. "Auora where are vendrew, pumkin, Celia,celestees at.?" You ask her. "Thet went for a ride." She replies. "A ride. You mean vendrew rode pumkin. And the horses fallowed." You tell her "no" she says "vendrew rode Celia" she replies walking over laying next to you. "Then why did pumkin go."you ask "She wanted to get to know the horses." Auora replies "come on let's go find them." She says as you grab her saddle. "It will take to long to fly around and find them" Auora says to you. "Ok fallow there tracks." You tell her she does as you say. She runs down the road fallowing the horses tracks. She is running faster than any horse. It feels like she is flying. It is not long before you see pumkins red florecent body in the distance. As you and Auora aproches you frends. Pumkin is soon by your side. Vendrew is walking with both horses at his side. They were deep in a conversation. Non of them noticed you and aurora had arived. You slide off aurora. "Thank you " you think to her. "No problem" she replies. You jump on pumkin she trots back to vedrew and the horses. "Aurora give them a scare." You wisper to her. She nods running away then leaps off the ground flying. She roars. Scaring vendrew wand the horse you and pumkin laught. But as you laught celestees bolts forward in shock. Celia backs up lowers her head and runs forward under vendrew scooping him up. Pumkin holds forward to racing ahead of Celia. Pumkin soon is lined up with celestees. Without being told to do so you stand up on pumin. Pumkin extends her wing resting it on celestees. You crawl acrose her wing. You get to the end ands kin pulls it in. You fall landing on celestees. You grip her main.
(70.) pumkin slows down falling behind celestees. You pull back on celestees main saying "woo woo easy girle easy." It works celestees slows down soon comeing to a stop. She's breathing hard. You pet her main. Shushing her Celia soon aproches you and celestees. Her breathing hard as well. Pumkin walks up to. Auora lands further up the road and walks tword celestees so she can see aurora is not a threat. Soon Auora is there. "I'm sorry." Auora apologizes to celestees. "It's ok it was my fault I told you to scare them. I should have remembered she was scared of dragons." You say "remember what do you mean remember this is the first time she's done it." Pumkin says as she walks closer looking at you intently. "When we first met them and you went to tell aurora and vendrew about our friends. Cilea asked me why I sent you to do that. I said be ease I don't know how our friends will react to new comers. Then celestees asked me who pumkin was, and I said pumkin is my dragons. As soon as I said that she freaked out." You replie. "Do you know why she did that?" Pumkin asks. " I thought she was just afraid of dragons." You replie. " I now why." Celia says. you all look at Celia "it because when we were fillies. The Kings men came. Us being young horse we dreamed of being one of the Knights horse always faceing danger. Oh we spent hours talking about what we would do when we would be Knights horses." Celestees walks over and wispers to Celia "tell them about the one stallion." "Right" Celia replies. "There was this one stallion I don't recall his name but we booth fell head over hooves for him. But there was this one day when we were playing in them feild and we say this shadow fly over head. We fallowed it to see where it would go. We fallowed it into the barn where our parents were eating. We looked out the window and in an instant the hut acrose from us Burst into flames. Me and celestees say it so we took off running but our parents did not see it. We made it out turned around and looked up. We say a dragon flying over head. We watched it. It was heading twords the barn. Are parents still not aware. Celestees charged twords the barn to warn are parents but by the time she got there it would be to late and I knew if I didn't stop her i would loose her to. So I ran. I was right behind her and couldn't go no faster so I lunged forward and bit down as hard as i could on her tail. I let my self fall so I would stop her. She fell after me. We both tumbled and looked up and as we did celestees yelled "run!" Are parents turned and saw celestees laying there on the ground she was tray ing to get up but I wouldn't let her. I keept pulling her back down. Our mother asked wahts wrong we both creamed "dragon" she turned and told our father and just as she did the barn burst into flames. While this was going on celestees was still struggling to escape me pinning her down but once I saw the barn in flames I was to shocked to hold her any more. She stumbled up and raced to the barn she wanted to run into the flames to see if our parents were still alive but it was to hot. I scrambled after her. We were about 10 feet away from the barn and could not go no further.
(71.) I looked around our village was on fire. Knights riding around killing the towns folk. Us help less. Every thing was a blaze. When it happened it seemed to go by so slow but now It is only a few seconds. Celestees was crying. I knew we had to leave before one of the Knights found us and took us to the castle to become armored battle horses. I saw that stallion. I could see into his eyes. All the other horse had a look of pleaspure in them for they were happy with what they were doing. But that stallion I could see he was not pleased he felt sorry but he had to obay or they would kill him. He saw us. He looked at the barn and knew why we were upset. Is rider was pulling him driving him away from us. I ecspecting him to turn as well but to my suprise. He twisted his neck bit down on his rains jerking them out of his riders hands. Then he started to buck. Kicking his rider off. He stumbled stoped only to find his sence of direction. Then he bolted twords us. I reacted as if he were comeing to kill us. I blinked realizing what was going on. I spoted celestees amd ran over to her nudging her to get up. We had little halters on at the time. She did not get up. I nipped at her she did not move. Then I stomped on her tail. She sat up screamed and with that I bit down on her halter. Ran away draging her behind me. Once she got her footing she pulled away looking back at the barn. "What are you doing they could still be alive!" She screamed. And as she looked back she saw the stallion charging us. She did not move."Celestees what are you doing." Hi holered. She just froze. There was to much going on she was scared and so was I. I flicked her with my tail. She blinked realizing I was there. "I ... I ... I .. I im tired of runing. I, scaed and mabey he can help us. " she said. "I know I'm scared to but we can't stay here forever. That dragon will be back. " I finished the stallion had come. "Fallow me." He demanded. He stareted runing for the hills. We did not fallow we just watched him both of us had tears in our eyes. He turned and looked back we walked back to us. "I know your scared and I'm not going to hurt you you must be brave now I'm sorry If I knew the dragon would kill you family I would have wormed them. But there gone now and there's nothing we can do. Hurry before the other Knights find me." He finished. He bent down grabeing pur halters urging us to move. We both jerked away. Celestees was only a little younger than me. She fell back down. I still standing. The stallion moved tword celestees. I jumped infront of her and nipped out at him. He did not jerk back. "Fine stay here if you will but I can't go back nor can you. Pluse you will never survive the knight." He said standing looking at us. "Cilea" celestees sniffles. "There gone arnt they. " she asked looking at me. "I think so." I replied laying down next to her. "Cilia i think we should go with him after all he is trying to help us on like those other back kicking colts." Celestees said to me as she stood up. I did not replie but I stayed by her side. (72.)Our heads hung low. But we fallowed the stallion not asking any questions. We probly looked like slaves to him but we didn't care we had each other and that's all that mattered. Weeks past and soon we come across a herd. During those weeks we stoped to graze often. And one time celestees said "ecuse me what is your name." I look up he says "I am sir galivant, but mares call me gale." He says neather of us answer. But about a week later we come acrose a herd. Gale tells us to wait for him on the hill. He walks to the herd he is friendly greated by the dominate male. "Welcome stranger why have you come this way. " "please sir I saved two young filies from a burning village there parents were in a barn and got traped in the fire." Gale pleads to the other male. "So you are there guardian. " the male replies. "Sort of my rider started the fire and was killing inesent people i buked him off and I could only save the filies. If you won't let us in then at least let us fallow I will not bother anyone in your herd I just want them to feel safe becease I can't protect them on my own." Gale replies. The male prepars to speek but just befor he dose another horse aproches gale. It is a femal probably the dominat males mate. She emerges from the herd of horses. She stops next to the male. "Welcome friedn waht is your name?" She asks him. "I am gale and who might you be." "I am Luna." She replies. Then sh nudges the other male. "Oh and I am dusk." He replie. "It is a pleasure to meet you" gale says "and us to you but why have you come here?" Luna asks. " i have Come to ask you... " dusk buts in." He rescued two filies from a fire there parents..." Luna cuts him off." Dusk let gale speek." She scolds her mate. "Well I saved to fillies from a burning vialleg. There parents were cought in a barn and didn't make it. My rider started the fire and started to kill the people and all the animals there. I am a palace horse and the other Knights have done this before but it was my frirst time ecsperiencing it and when I saw the two filies alone and helpless I couldn't do it so I bucked my rider and ran two rescue the files and we needed up here. So I have come to ask if you will eccsept us in and if not then we can just fallow. I have promised not to bother anyone else I just want the filies to feel alittle more safe and not as alone becease i canton protect them on my own." Gale says.
