Chapter 49 Executing the Plan

Spirit World: Raider, 

At the Tree of Life, the Lion Guard was getting ready to execute the plan that Raider advised them to follow so Scar doesn't win. Buga and Beshte were getting ready and Nirmala looked at Fuli and Rani. 

"Good luck both of you" Nirmala wished as everyone got into an attacking position, Fuli stood straight and strong. "Beshte and Bunga let go" Fuli ordered. Bunga and Beshte backed away and the moment the Lion launched his next attack the entrance to the Tree of Life was broken and there was a big hole at the front. The Lion representing strength was about to walk in until he heard a sound.

"TWENDE KIBOKO!!!" Beshte shouted headbutting the Lion out of the way sending him away, Scar heard it and turned quickly seeing one of his lions go flying. Makini helped Fuli and Rani get Kion on Beshte back and Bunga was cheering as he was riding the bravest lion covering its eyes.

"LOOK GUYS I'M LION RIDING!!!" Bunga called out having a blast,

"GET OFF OF ME YOU MONKEY!!!" The Lion Called, Bunga leaned closer, 

"For future reference, I'm actually a Honey Badger" Bunga explained as Scar saw Fuli, Rani, and Beshte were running with Kion on the hippo's back. Rani looked at Fuli, "Think we have his attention yet?" Rani asked. Before Fuli could answer they heard a loud growl and when they looked Scar was running after them.

"Yes, I think we do" Fuli replied,

"He's going to catch up" Beshte added,

"I'll buy you some time, just keep going. I'll meet you at the Shrine" Fuli ordered as she turned around running for Scar. Beshte and Rani just went with it and kept running heading for the son area to find the thing that started all of this. Scar looked back and saw Nirmala, Makini, Ono, and Bunga fighting the lions of bravery and strength. Scar scoffed and rolled his eyes but right when he looked head Fuli jumped up to strike and Scar quickly rolled dodging by a hair.

"YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME CHEETAH!!!" Scar shouted,

"If hyenas could beat you so can we" Scar growled at the mark and charged for Fuli with his claw out ready to attack.

Zira looked up and saw four of her blue jays fall from the sky getting shot down by Raider, "Stupid bird" Zira told herself looking around. Raider flew around seeing the light still was there and he looked in the completely opposite direction and saw a black beam. But Raider knew that black beam wasnt evil it felt like it had the same properties as the white light. As Raider was thinking it made him exposed for Zira to run and climb the mountain to jump up and get him.

It came to Raider and he looked seeing the lights were far from each other but it looked like they both want to go to Askari's Domain.

"This is what Askari told me about the roar, to master the roar you have to let it go completely and find the balance. The three lessons were to help lead Kion to this moment the leader of the current lion guard and the Guardian. The black and white is the balance this world needed, the yin and yang." Raider thought but his thoughts were cut off as Zira leaped up and sliced his wing and Raider shouted in pain as blood was shed and he crashed into the ground.

Raider limped up and he was surrounded by hyenas and Zira walked over to him and she smirked evilly.

"I told you I would kill you" Zira stated raising her claw up ready to strike and finish the job, Raider dropped his wings and closed his eyes ready to accept death. "My time has come but if Askari was right balance and goodwill always prevail so they will find each other and defend what they love," Raider told Zira.

"That's cute, but I'm afraid this is no time for a fairy tale" Zira stated as she rushed her claw downwards and you could hear flesh get cut and bones crack as she strikes and killed Raider. The Hyenas licked their mouths seeing the scaps Zira left and she turned around and walked away. The Hyenas ran in and started to eat what she left behind. Zira saw the white light in the air and she started to run to her cave and put an end to what was happening at the cave and defeat good, once and for all.

Kopa was closing in on Kion position but Kopa stopped feeling the wind and when he looked up in the sky he saw bug clouds in the shape of lions. But to of them formed into the shape of birds and Kopa smirked as his symbol glowed and he knew he was the current and last guardian. "I will not fail," Kopa told himself as he continued his way to Kion.
