Another day! Gotta hustle hard.

Its so good to wake up this charged.
I won't let grendel be mad at me today!

Is that practically possible?
Umm..no? But we can try right!

Jerry is really amazing, I don't feel like cribbing about having to wake up at 2:30 am .he motivated me really well.

After doing my business and changing into the training gear, I walked out of my dorm.

Thank god, grendel has made it sort of a custom for me to have a run in the morning.
At warmup is good before doing those 100 pullups.

Breathing in the super cool air I smell the fog while running, trust me this is such a rejuvenating aroma.

I reach the training ground,
Jumping on the pull up bar , I start my assigned workout.

I should not have lost focus.
If you don't have undivided attention and technique along with hard  work then its just labour  and not a skill.

I recalled Jerry's words over and over again.

I jump down after completing the count.

Thankfully I have gloves on,or else my hands  would have been painfully frozen.

After a break of 3 minutes I guess, I got into streching.

Either I need to learn to keep track of timings in my head or I need a watch.

I'll ask grendel about the mental clock thing.

With passing time I can feel my body getting more comfortable with the more complex stretches.

I stop and stand straight when grendel entered  the ground.

'Good morning sir '

"Morning.  You done with the streching?"

'Yes sir.'

"Follow me" he said in succession to a curt nod.

We start walking.

I hope this is not what I think it is, this direction does not feel safe at this hour.

"Go change into your swimwear."
Damn!this is what I didn't want.

This is a heat able  pool but they do not let it heat.

The water is going to be spine chilling cold.

'yes sir '

I went into the changing room and got my swimwear out of my locker.

Stripping out of my clothes ,is the worst torture ever!!
I have goosebumps all over my body.

Rubbing my arms vigorously I walked out.

'S-sir.' I said standing straight.

He looked at me , and his neutral face showed a minor frown.

"Do I need to tell you , you are espoused to take your shoes and gloves off too?"

'No sir. Apologies sir.' I said quickly talking my shoes and gloves off simultaneously.

"5 laps. Quick " he standing in a JACKET .

I tested the water with my toe resulting in an immediate shiver.

I looked at the water and then at grendel maybe just maybe with puppy eyes.

"Do not make me push you in AND add laps." He said with gritted teeth.
