Chapter 9: London Days

(Ah, London. It has been a while since I was there, but man, it was a pretty and busy country! Honestly, one of the best places I've seen in Europe. I love the history and the food (which is not something everyone enjoys). I do hope to travel there again, but this chapter was more or less in celebration of the 2012 Olympic Games held there! Wow! That was eight years ago... Time flies. Well, enjoy!)

                  Soren's family agreed to let the Dreamers relax at their vacation home in London. The Dreamers were very excited to be in a different country. The city was loud and noisy. and people were running around. The city seemed alive and busy!

"What's going on?" Jay asked in the car.

"London is preparing for the Olympic Games. Everyone is working hard to make sure everything is ready" Soren explained.

The city had London 2012 banners and signs everywhere! Nina was taking pictures of everything. The group arrived at the vacation home and went to a room. After resting in the rooms for a while, they meet up at the dining room.

"So, where should we go?" Jack asked curiously.

"Why don't we walk around the square? You have never been here before, so I don't mind showing everyone where things are" Soren offered.

The Dreamers were excited, and Soren lead the group around the square. Soren noticed a strange colored fog rolling into the city. Traffic seemed to have slowed down a bit, but the fog was thicker!

"Wow! I know London was known as the city of fog, but I didn't think it was this bad!" Connor joked.

Soren was tense still. This fog wasn't normal. They heard thuds and turned around.

"It's the people!" Sarah shouted as she saw a women and daughter on the ground.

"She's right! Look!" Jack said as he saw a group of people on the ground.

Soren noticed the fog was changing its color faintly.

"It's the fog!" Soren shouted urgently.

"The fog? What is it?" Jodi asked.

Soren walked around and noticed that he and his friends were not being harmed by the fog.

"This fog isn't from here" Ben concluded as he took out his laptop.

Jiwon and Jodi heard footsteps coming towards them and told their friends to hide in Big Ben! The group hide behind the doors as a person was walking past them.

"I cannot believe this world! It is truly different, but I didn't think it was that different. Metal and Johnny, continue to spread the fog around!" the voice said seriously.

Jay and Sarah were surprised to see Dr. Eggman here!

"How did you he get here?!" Jay asked surprised.

However, Jack covered his mouth before they could be heard. The Doctor left with the two robots.

"Why would he want London of all places?" Sarah asked seriously.

"I would like to know too. He won't hurt my home without a fight" Soren said seriously.

Ben began to think as he looked at the unconscious people. Jiwon was flipping through her spellbook.

"I wonder if people are being hurt in their dreams..." Nina whispered as she looked at a person.

She held Wonder Light and aimed it at a little girl.

"Nina?! What are you doing?!" Jay asked.

"I was thinking of checking the girl's memories and figure out what happened to her" Nina said as she aimed the keyblade at the girl.
