Elsa opened the door of the house and immediately went inside. Today she should have been able to get home on time but the traffic jam made her nearly an hour late. The sound of her high heels echoed as she entered the living room.

And when she saw her husband sitting in his painting chair with a sour face, his lips curved strangely, one hand holding a painting brush while the other holding the palette and staring at the canvas blankly, Elsa frowned.

She then approached her husband and stood next to him, bending slightly to see his face more clearly.

"Hi." Elsa greeted.
A
"Hi." Jack answered flatly, still staring at the canvas.

Okay, Jack's in a bad mood. Maybe he hasn't eaten instant noodles yet, Elsa thought. But then Elsa remembered what happened this morning with the new neighbor.

"Ah, Jack. How was it going this morning? Did you get chummy with the new neighbor? Kristoff seems really friendly, right?"

Elsa's question made Jack look up at Elsa. Irritation was clearly visible on his face.

"What was wrong with you, made me to go with Kristoff?"

Alright, he's in a bad mood because of the new neighbor. Not instant noodle.

Elsa sighed softly, "I want you to hang out with humans too, Jack. Not only with paintings." Elsa gestured at the canvas in front of Jack, which was still empty.

"But I don't like it when you make me go with him just like that. What if he thinks that I want to befriend with him?" Jack argued. "Not interested." He added.

Elsa was a little confused about what to answer, she wanted her husband to open up more, to socialize with other people, but she also really understood that her husband didn't like interacting with other people. But then, the bell rang. Elsa and Jack stared at each other. Jack couldn't have expected guests, and neither did she think there would be guests tonight, or maybe...

"Who is that?" Jack's question was not answered because Elsa had already gone to answer the door. And after a while, jack sighed in annoyance when he saw two figures walking behind Elsa.

"This is just getting better and better and better, and better." Jack muttered under his breath.

"Hi." The guests greeted, and of course, in unison.

Elsa quickly stood beside Jack, stroking his shoulder as a sign asking Jack to be nice. Jack just nodded uninterested.

"So, I made fruit pudding earlier. This is for you guys. Hope you like it." Anna handed Elsa a plate with pudding on it, which Elsa happily accepted. The bright yellow pudding looked very appealing, but Jack didn't even glance at it.

"Awww, you guys are so kind. Thank you very much." Elsa observed the plate full of happiness in her hand, she already liked her new neighbor.

"I'll put it in the fridge." Elsa beamed at the two and hurried to the kitchen.

And because Jack was still silent, the atmosphere turned awkward with Elsa going to the kitchen. Kristoff looked around and studied the furniture and arrangements in the house. He took a deep breath and smelled the ocean-scented air freshener that periodically sprayed out.

"Wow, this house is fun. Very fine furnishings with precise arrangement. What a cozy place to live in. Right, honey?" Kristoff asked looking at his wife who was also looking around.

"Yeah." Anna nodded in agreement. "Not like our house. Feels so empty." Anna said sounding sad.

"Our house is still new, honey. Of course it still feels empty. But I'm pretty sure, if we have filled our living room with a ping pong table, it will look full and not empty anymore." Said Kristoff sounding very excited and sure. Anna thought she had heard of Kristoff's plan to buy a ping pong table but she didn't know that her husband was serious. She thought Kristoff was just kidding.
