Cal sits on the sofa when Louise suddenly starts shouting from the kitchen "CAL!" she shouts. He immediately jumps up and runs to the kitchen where he find Louise stood with a puddle of water at her feet. "My water's broke." she tells him. "Ethan grab Louise's bag, Jackson start the car." Cal shouts to his mates. He heard Ethan run upstairs and Jackson run to the car. Gently he lifts Louise up and carries her to the car as Ethan gets there as well. "I told Aiden what's happening. He's going to message the others." he tells them as he jumps in the front. Cal nods and sits in the back with Louise.
Jackson speeds to the hospital and opens the door for them. Cal picks Louise up and carries her inside. Melissa rushes over with a wheelchair "Aiden called." she tells them as Cal puts Louise in the chair. Cal closely follows them to a room Melissa set up. He helps Louise onto the bed as Melissa goes to her her a hospital gown. "If you need to squeeze my hand. Remember I heal so it can be as hard as you like." Cal tells her. Louise nods and holds his hand incase.
9 hours later
"Louise I need you to push now." Melissa says. Louise looks at Cal "I can't." she cries. "You can. Remember as soon as this is all over you'll have your three babies." Cal tells her. Nodding Louise pushes until they hear tiny baby cries. "It's your first boy." Melissa smiles. "Can Cal cut the cord?" Louise asks. Melissa nods and shows Cal how to do it. Cal smiles as Melissa puts the first baby in in the hospital crib. Another nurse goes over to clean him as Louise grabs Cal's hand again.
After half hour Cal smiles at Louise as the babies are rolled over to her bedside. Louise cried softly "Hey babies." she smiles. Cal kisses her head "Which is which?" he asks talking about the boys. "This one is Zac and this one is Arlo." Louise smiles pointing at each of them in turn. Cal smiles "They're so perfect." he tells her. "Can you get the others. I'm sure they will be wanting to meet their niece and nephews. Could you also message him?" Louise smiles. Cal nods and goes out to where the whole pack plus Noah have gathered. He smiles at them "You want to come meet them?" he asks before leading them to the room.
Cal gently picks up Alison gently as she was fussing. "Shh. There we go." he coos at her. "Aww they're so cute." Lydia smiles walking over. Cal smiles and hands her Alison "This is Alison Mia." he tells her. Lydia smiles with tears in her eyes as she looks at the little baby girl. Louise smiles as she holds Arlo "Who wants to hold Arlo Finn?" she asks. Cora smiles and takes him from her "He's so small." she smiles. Cal chuckles "Well he has just been born." he jokes. "I'm guessing that this is Zachary Caleb?" Stiles asks. "Yeah, you can pick him up, he doesn't bite." Louise tells the older brother. Stiles smiles and gently picks him up.
"Congratulations Louise. They are truly beautiful babies." Noah tells her. "Thank you Noah. I want to ask you something. Will you be Grandpa Noah?" she asks. Noah smiles at her "I would be honoured." he tells her. Scott goes over to Lydia and holds Allison's hand "Hey baby, you are so cute." he tells her. Lydia smiles and hands him the baby. Scott grins and goes over to Louise "The first pups of the pack, beside Liam and Cal." he jokes. "Hey!" both Cal and Liam pout making everyone chuckle at them.
Just then there's a knock on the door making everyone turn to look. "Deucalion, you came." Louise smiles (In the skip between the summer holiday and Mexico, Louise met Deucalion and became friends with him.) "I wanted to meet the triplets." Drucalion smiles as he walks in. Cal smiles at him "Scott is holding Alison, Cora is holding Arlo and Stiles is holding Zac." he tells him. Louise motions him over and hugs him "How've you been?" she asks. "Good, I've found a different way of life." he tells her. Aiden and Ethan smile at their former Alpha as he talks.

Later that day Cal stands in the triplets bedroom making sure that everything is perfect for when they get home. Ethan walks in and smiles "Babe it's prefect. You do anything else you're going to never be happy with it." he tells Cal. Sighing Cal nods "Okay." he responds with a yawn. Chuckling Ethan drags Cal to their room where Jackson is waiting. "Bed now." Ethan tells Cal who nods and strips to his boxers before falling asleep on the bed.
