Chapter 14

~STILL BILLS POV~
I stepped through the portal and slowly opened the door to my mansion. The door creaks a tad and I walk through. Mill pops up in front of me, startling me a little bit.

"Did you find him?" She asks curiously, cocking her head to the side.

"Yeah why?" I question her curiosity.

"Did you get him?"

"No......" I said, as if it were a stupid question to ask.

"Why not?!" She said wide eyed.

"That's for me to know and you to find out." I say sticking my tongue out at her and crossing my arms.

"Ugh you are such a tool." She rolls here eyes.

"I'm acute triangle not a tool" I say, chuckling at my own little joke. I should make jokes more often...

"Haha very funny.." Mill tells me sarcastically. I quietly walk into the room that me and Sundrop share and climb into bed. Sundrop was sleeping soundly so I snuggled up beside her and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her close to me. She started crying softly. 'Wait why is she crying?'

"My darling Sundrop whatever is the matter?" I ask, concerned and sad. I hated when she was sad, it makes me so upset to see her cry.

"Where did you go? Why did you leave me?" She asks with a sniffle tears streaming down her face, staining the pillow. Should I tell her about Pinetree? Will she be upset? Oh shit I forgot-

"You found Dipper? Why would I be mad? You aren't- wait are you- you and him arent-" she says, I knew exactly what she was trying to say.

"Oh god no Sundrop I would never, why would I even- Nevermind, no that's not why you would be mad my love." I say, brushing the gorgeous h/c hair out of her face.

"Then why is it Bill?" She asks, slightly cocking her head to the side. God that was adorable.

"I did indeed find Pinetree, but I let him go. I didn't try and get him like I planned. It's complicated, Sundrop." I tell her.

"You let him go?! You didn't think to stop and ask 'Well what about Mabel?" She said, her eyes staying wide open.

"The thing is Sundrop he's turned bad, evil, wicked, off minded. He's no longer Pinetree, he's someone else. I- I don't know. He's feeling a lot of things right now and they aren't quite figured out yet. I figured I'd let him figure it out by himself" at this point I don't know if I'm telling the truth or lying I'm so tired which is weird because I don't get tired. It's impossible. Maybe it's because of Sundrops new powers. I fell fast asleep soon after we finished our conversation.

I woke up to the smell of smufleopen. Sundrop is gonna love this. I don't know if you know what smuffleopen is or if I've told you before but it's basically a blue chick like animal that tastes like chicken most of the time but when made into pancakes it's a whole different deal. It can only be found on smufleop planet which means it's super rare, but we have it all the time. It was one of my favorites after all.

Sundrop wasn't beside me curled up in a ball in my arms which was why my arm wasn't numb, that's a strange feeling I haven't felt in a while. I bounce up from the bed half panicked thinking she's been taken so I snap to get clothes on and rush downstairs, almost flying. I look into the kitchen to see her cooking with Mill. I sighed in relief and saw Sundrop putting something into the mix of pancake batter, they were making two batches cuz demons eat a lot more than humans. You know that one time I had cereal and I was putting forks in my arm? That was my fifth bowl of cereal and I had eaten two granola bars before that. I eat a lot like most demons.
