I pulled Summer again. "Come o-on!" I said. "Wake u-up!" I said again, frustrated. Summer mumbled,"Five more minutes..."

"No Summer, come on, we've gotta get to the ma-al!"

"I'm tired..."

"Get up. For realzies!"

"No-o..."

"Come on, up you go!" I started pulling her again.

"mmm....." Then Summer started snoring.

I groaned. Then I put Summer's shoes on her feet, and she kept on snoring.  I picked her up and carried her out the the bedroom door, grabbing her purse that she left on my table. I accidentally bumped her head on the wall, and winced. She groaned softly, but was obviously still asleep.

My arms burned. I was not the athletic type, and I had been carrying Summer, a person exactly my weight, for about 2 minutes. Snoring, Summer rolled. Right onto the floor. "OUCH!" she said.

"You okay?"

"No."

"Can you be okay?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Because everything hurts!"

"The mall will help."

"No it won't."

"We'll get everything for free!"

"I'M UP! I'M UP!!!"

"Have you been kidding this entire conversation?"

"Yep."

"Are you really in pain?"

"I was at first."

"How painful was it at first?"

"Not very much."

"Are you still tired?"

"Yeah."

"Thought so."

"Why?"

"Because your not making sense."

"Cool."

I laughed and said,"Let's go to the mall."

Summer nodded, and yawned."I already carried you halfway there. Come on, lazy pants," I said. As summer followed me out the front door, she stumbled more than a few times. I smiled. Then I said,"To the mall! Finally!"

"What do ya mean, finally?"

"I mean that I've been tryin to get ya outa bed and ta the mall fa ten minutes."

"Why're we talkin in accents?"

"Cuz its fun."

"Na, its nat."

"Then ya can stop."

"But then ma poor Meg would ba talkin ba herself! Can't have dat!"

"Then we should stap at da same time."

"Ya, dats a deal!"

"ONE, TWO, THREE!" Summer and I said at the same time. We both burst into giggles. This is what we were like when we could talk to each other. So basically, not in school.

"Okay, since I carried you out the door, you carry me to the car, Summer! Bet you can't!"

"Bet I can!"

"Your on!"

Summer deftly and swiftly picked me up and deposited me in the passenger seat, grabbed the keys, jumped in the driver's seat, buckled me in, started the car, backed out the driveway, and did all this in under a minute.
