Hi, peeptacos! Sorry, the servers are down, so I'm having trouble saving and updating. :( But I'm trying really hard. Also, since the servers are down, I don't know if I got 5 or more votes/likes or or comments. :\ So I'll just update normally until the servers are back up, and then if I have 5 likes or comments I will update four extra times. :)
Sorry like I said the servers were down so I couldn't update for a while. Sorry for the grumpiness in the previous chapptaco also. And my last sorry: sorry for the short chapptaco, peeptacos! (I like tacos)

I looked at all the men around me on the floor. For once, I felt disgusted with what I had done. Delving into people's minds, making them do things, all of it.

What had I done? Everything finally sunk in. I would be a fugitive. I couldn't go back to my house. I'd always be running. It'd be better if my family thought I was dead.

I jumped out the door and skidded to a stop when I realized I had no where to go. Danggit! I was so close!

Footsteps came closer, and then stopped. My heart sped up, seeming to go 100 beats a second.

I heard a door opening, swaying on its hinges. Determination vibrated through me. I would get away. Even if I had to run to somewhere safe.

I started to move my foot when a voice behind me shouted,"DON'T F***ING MOVE OR I WILL SHOOT!" I scanned the shouting teenager's mind. He would. He was so scared, if I moved a muscle he would kill me.

I blinked rapidly, trying not to cry. Finally, I shut my eyes, well aware of approaching footsteps. At least Summer would get out of this. I prepared myself for what would happen when I moved my foot. It's better this way, I reminded myself.

Suddenly, the feet stopped pounding the pavement, and I knew my time had come.

I moved my foot and-
