There's this one time that I slapped someone. The wrong one. I did it for Junnie. His boyfriend is sleeping with another gay. Apparently, I barked at the wrong tree and even slapped him real good.
Junnie did not even stopped me when I released my wrath towards the poor boy who happened to be with his girlfriend just having fun that night.
I wasn't even able to apologized to the poor boy, Hinila na agad ako ni Junnie paalis sa bar.
I also farted in front of the panels during my thesis presentation. Kinakabahan ako. Sumakit ang tiyan ko sa sobrang kaba and they have to come out of the room for a good 5 minutes just to let the smell go.
I also remember making a scene here at the office for I was scammed by some agency na hindi naman affiliated sa company.
I mean sleeping is not big of a deal. It is normal for a human being to fell asleep. Pero hindi siguro normal is yung matulog ka sa office ng boss mo.
My palm is sweating so bad when I entered the room. Titus did not even bother to look at me. I was expecting to be shouted at.
"Sir, pasensya na po sa nangyari kanina. I will hand my resignation letter immediately." I said looking at him.
I caught his attention. Our eyes met. I looked away. I can't stare at his eyes for too long he is too intimidating.
"What do you mean?" He said. Sumandal siya sa kanyang swivel chair while intently looking at me.
"I... uh, I fell asleep on your couch. I'm sorry." I said. Lalo kong iniyuko ang ulo ko, I don't want him to see my super red face.
"That's nothing, I asked you to come here to clear up all my schedule from tomorrow until further notice. We'll fly up tomorrow." He said. Still in the same position. Watching every move I'll make.
I looked at him. He is biting his lips for God's sake! I think if I stared at him too much for it is already a sin.
Tumango lamang ako at hindi nakasagot. He smiled a little bit.
"I ordered food. Eat here." He commanded. Again, I just nodded. What is wrong with me?
Wala pang ilang segundo ay may kumatok na sa pinto. I opened the door and there's the delivery guy.
I take all the foods and arranged them in the center table. Before I even finished arranging them. Titus came to the table.
"I don't know what you want so I ordered everything from their menu." He casually said.
Alam mo Titus kung sa iba mo sasabihin yan mamamatay na sila sa kilig. Of course, I blushed. But I immediately erased that thought in my head. He's too much for me.
He let me picked first. I picked the carbonara-looking pasta. Which I think the name is Alfredo pasta. I don't really know.
He then picked his, then we started eating. He will sometimes looked at me and I will do the same.
"Have you already packed?" He asked without looking at me. He just kept eating his pasta.
"Hindi pa po. Akala ko po kasi ay next week pa tayo aalis sa dami ng schedule niyo for this week." I said which is true.
"I'll dropped you off later in your house so I'll know your address when I pick you up tomorrow. We'll fly early." He said still busy with his pasta.
"Pwede naman po akong bumyahe papunta dito sa office para dito niyo nalang ako daanan or I can go directly to the airport." I said while looking at him eating his pasta gloriously.
"We'll fly private. I'll pick you up." He did not even looked at me or even asked me if I wanna be picked up.
I just nodded just to end the conversation. Dahil nauubusan na din ako ng sasabihin. Marami ring natira sa mga pagkain which he said I can take home later. Again, I just nodded so the conversation won't be prolonged.
We ended our little picnic in peace and quiet. I don't need another embarrassment. I already had enough for a day. Bukas nalang ulit.
I went to get the tray that is usually used for coffees. I put all the remaining food in the tray that I might take home later.
Minsan nagugulat na mga magulang ko kung saan ako kumukuha ng pagkain. Iyong isa naming kapitbahay ay tinatanong na si Mama kung sa restaurant ba daw ako nagtatrabaho.
I was done packing all the food for later and here I am sitting in my chair with nothing to do. I've cleared out all the schedules and now I have nothing to do. Naghihintay nalang ako ng uwian.
Suddenly the phone rang. Halos mapatayo ako sa sobrang gulat. I thought I have cancelled everything, kinakabahan ako na baka isa itong client na nakalimutan kong sabihan na cancelled kung ano mang plans nila today.
"Hi, Mr. Apollo's office, how can I help?" I said in a very cheerful voice.
"Hi Robin! This is Tiffany. Remember me?" Tiffany exclaimed on the other line. Oh shoot, I almost forgot about her. I assume it is not my responsibility to inform the girlfriend that her boyfriend will be gone for a month.
"Of course Mam, I'll connect your call now." I said smiling.
"No! No. Wait. It is you I wanted to talked to." She said giggling.
"Of course Mam, how can I help?" I said genuinely. Makabawi man lang dito.
"According to Apollo he's going to Palawan for a month. I really wanted to go with him. But I have a shoot in Tokyo for 3 weeks. But, I wanted to surprise him, I'll follow right after Tokyo, but please don't tell him and bantayan mo siya for me, please." She said while giggling. She is so sweet.
"Of course Mam, no problem." I said in a very assuring tone.
She laughed and said goodbyes.
Don't worry Tiffany. No chick is allowed on my watch!
