With wild bed hair, laughing at yourself

After all, life's an array of puzzle pieces

For the last day of 2020! It wasn't the best year, and almost the entire world agrees on it. Lots of depression, anxiety and in general, negativity, has been floating around this year. We've all experienced our lows and have tried our best to get out of it. To all the people we've lost, I hope you are happy up there.
I made this poem to help cope with anxiety/panic attacks, and calm the nerves. Above in the pic is a technique for doing the same. It really does help, so don't hesitate to try it out. Remember to help yourself :)
I hope you all have a much, much better 2021. I wish you true happiness and love. Thank you for sticking with me in 2020 and I hope to stick with y'all in 2021 and evermore :)
