I'll never forget the way
your face twisted in agony,
Flooded down your burnt cheeks,
Impaled by my words,
Haunted by the thoughts
Of drunken adultery.
But this would be the last time.And as you slung those fiery words
At me with such rage and truth
I had no choice but to agree.
They echoed in my ears like gunshots
Inches from the head, bursting the drums.You.
Lying.
Cheating.
Bastard.And you were right.
