I breathe in and hold,
Mind racing and thoughts wandering
To all the things causing me pain.
I envision all I don't want to see.I breathe in and hold,
And I let out a breath,
And the fog drifts from my mouth,
The hanging dew over a morning grove.I breathe in and hold,
And I step into the rain coming from my wall
And as it flows it gives me a shawl
Of heavenly warmth and hypnotizing scentsI breathe in and hold,
And the music drifts through my head
And moves my body in its waves
Inducing a trance into my soulI breathe in and hold,
And I relax into my skin
And my world is suddenly calm
The docile pacific and I, an islandI breathe in and hold,
And I breathe out the smoke
And I fly into the passive sky
And all is right with the world.
