For some the meaning of life is God.
For some, money. For some, family.
Every person has something.
We'll never know who's right.
Consider what it means to be alive on Earth.
Ask what, or whom, you are living for.
See what gives your life meaning to you.
Only to you.
You might be surprised at what you envision.
Did you think of family? Happiness? Success? Art?
Did you think of others? Charity?
What is important here is that you are happy.
If that means personal gain there are no qualms.
Only that your success does not trample others.
Oh, me? My meaning? I see love, for everyone.
Love for a lover, love for family
Love for nature, the world, and for the life of Earth.
Meaning can be destructive. Food, drugs.
Money, power. The famous downfalls of many
Who chose these addictions as meaning
Though happiness does not follow.
We can all find meaning in love
Or family, or nature, or self-improvement
Whatever meaning we find is how we live.
More than just surviving.
Live. So that you are happy when you leave.
