Part 37

So an update on this week, Ryan is still trying to win back Rory after he broke up with her through Honor. According to Rory Paris is also on the verge of a rebellion at the 'Yale Daily news'. However my life has never been better and right now me and Rachel are on campus drinking some hot chocolate and enjoying the snow. Just then my mom rings me, "hey mom what's up?" She says, "well Ryan and Logan came to the inn. Ryan wanted me to help him get Rory back and I sent him off with a letter. Was that your idea?"

I laugh, "God no, that would most likely be sending Ryan to his death. Wait, why was Logan there?" "He came to make sure I actually saw Ryan, and that I didn't kill his cousin. Also another reason I am not allowed to talk about." I smirk, "come tell me." "Can't if I tell you I have to kill you, you are going to have to ask him the next time you see him, now if you will excuse me I am going to the diner. Bye." I roll my eyes, "fine, bye love you."

When Logan entered my apartment he said, "you are so going to love me, I got you a cinnamon latte." He hands me the to-go cup, "thanks you are the best." I give him a kiss on the cheek and sit back down in front of the TV. He sits next to me and pauses the TV, "you kissed me on the cheek. I repeat, on the cheek." I nod, "I know, can you press play I'm trying to watch clueless and you are getting in the way of that." He shakes his head, "not until you tell me why you are being off with me."

I shrug, "I'm not, I love you for getting me my favorite snow drink. I told you, you were the best and then gave you a kiss." He sighs, "on the cheek. What are you suddenly unable to reach my lips. I mean you haven't kissed my cheek since we started dating." I huff, "fine you went to my mother, and she won't tell me why other then to keep Ryan alive. So spill Logan." He gulps, "You called me Logan, you're mad I knew it. Look it was nothing for you to worry about okay it was between me and your mom and maybe dad or Luke." I pout, "now I am worried, please tell me. Wait are you in love with my mom."

He pulls a face, "what?! No! I was asking something for the future and I got my answer so can we please forget about it." I shake my head, "nope. I will not talk to you until you tell me." He sighs, "fine, I went to ask who I had to ask for permission to marry you. For the future, I mean you have one confusing family so I was just wondering, do I ask your mom, dad, or Luke." I just sit there in shock until I manage to blurt out, "what did she say?" He laughs at the look on my face and says, "all three, they all have to say yes. Look calm down, I won't being getting on one knee anytime soon."

I nod, "oh, yeah I guess I get that." I couldn't help but feel a little sad about but try to hide it. I guess it didn't work because he says, "you know I love you, but we're both still in collage. Don't you think we should wait until we both graduate." I smile a little because I understand where he's coming from, "I get what you mean and you're right. Hey I was thinking when you leave for London--" He cuts me off, "do we have to talk about that." I nod, "I want to join you for the summer. Just for the start because I would miss you too much, and you know I love London." He kisses me, "I would love that, now come on weren't you watching a movie."

It's the next day and me and Noah are going to the carnival, Logan couldn't come because his dad was dragging him and Ryan to some business meeting. (Outfit above.) As I was looking around with Noah Luke came running up to me, "hey Chris, have you spoken to your mom yet." I shake my head, "nope not since she told me Logan and Ryan came to see her. Why? Is she okay?" Just then Noah says, "I see Freddie. I'll see you in a bit." I nod as he walks off and then me and Luke sit on the bench, "I have a daughter Chris, a twelve year old daughter."

My eyes widen, "I'm sorry, you have a what! When did you find out?" He looks down, "two months back, I was totally shocked. Your mom just found out today and she looked mad and disappointed I didn't tell her. I was just so confused, I really did try to tell her, I just kept putting it off." I shake my head, "that's no excuse Luke. I guess you also need the necklace back, seeing as she is your real daughter." He shakes his head, "no, keep it. I still see you as my daughter really." I kiss his cheek, "it will all work out I promise. Now I need to find my mom." He nods and I walk over to her 'Doggy Swami' booth.

"Hey mom, Rory, I just saw Luke." She sighs, "he told you." I nod, "yep, I'm sure everything will be fine." She sighs, "yeah I hope so." I give her a side hug, "I promise everything happens for a reason. Just like Logan told me why he tagged along to the visit to the inn." Rory asks, "yeah why did he anyway?" Mom smirks, "to ask who he had to ask for her hand in marriage. It was cute, I told him me, dad, and Luke." Rory's eyes widen, "you think he'll ask soon?" I shake my head, "no way, he told me he thought we should both be out of collage before we get engaged." Mom nods, "smart one that boy, now go off and enjoy the games, we'll be fine."

I was playing ring toss when someone said, "hey Christina." I turned around to find a group of boys I didn't really recognize, "I'm sorry, do I know you guys." The one that said hi laughed, "we're some of the guys that asked you out every year. Do you remember?" I laugh, "oh my God, yes I remember. You're the guys I hid from. You're not still trying to ask me out, right?" he laughs, "these guys no, me on the other hand I might just do it because I like you." I smile, "that's really sweet, but I'm taken." He looks around, "really because I don't see anyone with you." I nod, "he's out of town on business with his dad and cousin."

He steps closer and I see his friends leave, "so I guess, what you doesn't know can't hurt him." I step away from him, "sorry, but it's pretty serious." He then steps closer again, "well if it makes you feel better, I'm not single either." I scoff, "actually that makes it worse. Look just take no for an answer, I know it must be hard but I'm certain you've heard me say it before." He shrugs, "before I had rules, I had to take the no. I no longer do." Just then Noah steps in, "I think you do Trevor. Yeah I remember you, your the guy who numbered the girls on their looks, and slut shamed most of them. I'm sure whoever your new girlfriend is can do much better. Come on Chris." I nod and we both leave him standing there. What a way to end the day.
