Your POV

I had just finished reading a book in the library. I got up, put it back on the shelf, and found a new book that I hadn't read yet. I pulled it off the shelf and started to read it as I walked towards the quieter part of the library that not many people go to. I was so into the book already, that I didn't notice someone carrying a pile of books in my direction. The next thing I know, I run into them, causing the both of us, along with all of their books, to fall to the ground. I slowly sat up and immediately saw who it was I ran into. I looked at her and said, "Blake? Are you okay?" She slowly sat up and replied, "Yeah. Sorry about that." I smiled and said, "I'm the one who should be sorry. I was the one who wasn't paying attention." Then I noticed a pair of cat ears on her head, in the same place where her bow normally was. I raised an eyebrow and said, "Why do you hide your ears?" She looked at me shocked and said, "What are you talking about?" I pointed to the top of my head and said, "Your cat ears. Why do you wear a bow to hide them?" She reached up and realized that her bow was gone. She went wide-eyed and started looking around for the ribbon. I looked around and found it. I picked it up and said, "Here. Now why do you hide your Faunus ears? Why hide who you are? " She sighed and said, "Because I want people to see me for who I am, not what I am. But can you please promise me that you won't tell anyone that I'm a Faunus?" I smiled and said, "I promise." She smiled and said, "Thanks, Y/N. I guess I can trust you enough to tell you something else then." I nodded and said, "Anything." She took a deep breath and said, "I assume that you've heard of the White Fang?" I nodded and she continued, "I was once a member of the White Fang." I looked at her shocked and said, "Wait a minute, you were a member of the White Fang?!"

Blake replied, "That's right. I was a member for most of my life, actually. You could almost say I was born into it. Back then, things were different. In the ashes of war, the White Fang was meant to be a symbol of peace and unity between Humans and the Faunus. Of course, despite being promised equality, the Faunus were subjected to discrimination and hate. Humanity still thought of us as lesser beings. And so, the White Fang rose up as a voice of our people. And I was there.I was at the front of every rally. I took part in every boycott. I actually thought we were making a difference. But I was just a youthful optimist. Then, five years ago, our leader stepped down, and a new one took his place. A new leader, with a new way of thinking. So, I left. I decided I no longer wanted to use my skills to aid in their violence, and instead, I would dedicate my life to becoming a Huntress. So here I am: a criminal hiding in plain view, all with the help of a little black bow."  I smiled at her and said, "Blake, you're not a criminal. You were just doing what you thought was right. I'll keep your secret, trust me. Besides, I know what my family's company has done to Faunus. Unlike my twin sister, I'm very much aware of my father using Faunus labor. So I don't care if you were in the White Fang, besides I think you look better without the bow. Plus your cat ears are kinda cute." Both of us immediately started blushing as we realized what I said. Blake retied her bow and I said, "But I want you to know that you never have to hide your ears when it's just the two of us." Blake smiled as she hugged me and said, "Thanks for keeping my secret and for treating Faunus like normal people. I wish there were more people like you, Y/N." I hugged her back and said, "You'll find more people like me, you just have to give it time and look around." She pulled out of the hug and said, "I'll see you around, Y/N." I smirked and said, "You too, Blake." Then she picked up her books and walked away. I let out a small sigh and said to myself quietly, "There I go again, falling for someone that I'd never have a chance with."

3rd Person POV

Little did Y/N know, but Blake was thinking the same thing.
