During the last couple weeks, I had noticed that Blake had been more distant to me. But I hadn't seen her hanging around with anyone specifically. I assumed that it was something that I did. During lunch one day, I asked her, "Hey, Blake. Do you maybe want to go down to Vale and get a bite to eat tonight?" She didn't reply, instead she just got up and left the cafeteria. I sighed and put my head down on the table. I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up to see my sister looking at me. She gave me a reassuring look and said, "She's not cheating on you nor is she breaking up with you. I can assure you that. We're worried about her. This investigation of hers is starting to mess with her head. She can't sleep, she hardly eats, and to be honest, her grades have been suffering. Ruby, Yang, and I are trying to convince her to take a break and go to the dance on Sunday. We plan on confronting her later today if you want to be there." I sighed and said, "I'll pass. But at least let her know that I'm going to be at the dance if she wants a dance." Weiss nodded and said, "Of course. See you later, bro." I smiled weakly and went back to my dorm.
Weiss' POV
Time Skip

Blake looked at us and said, "You what?!" Ruby repeated herself and said, "We want you to go to the dance." Blake replied, "That's ridiculous." Yang spoke up and said, "Blake, we're worried about you. This investigation is starting to mess with your head." While counting the facts on my fingers, I said, "You can't sleep, you hardly eat, and to be honest, your grades have been suffering." Blake snapped back, "You think I care about grades? People's lives are at stake!" Yang replied, "We know, and we're all still trying to figure out what Torchwick is up to." Ruby added, "Thanks to you and Sun, we know they're operating somewhere outside of southeast Vale." I said, "And, the Schnee company records singled out Vale as the primary target for Dust robberies over the last few months." Yang added, "Don't forget about their missing military tech too." Blake replied, "But there's still unanswered questions!" Ruby said, "Blake, you won't be able to find anything if you can't even keep your eyes open!" The three of us nodded and Yang said, "All we're asking is that you take it easy for one day." I crossed my arms and said, "Besides you're not just hurting yourself by doing all of this. It's hurting my brother too. You've been so focused on finding answers that you've become distant to him. You two are perfect for each other and you've been ignoring him. He's been through so many bad relationships that this is hurting him a lot." Blake stared at me and I added, "He wanted me to tell you that he'll be at the dance, whether he's alone or with you. Plus it will be fun! Yang and I will make sure of it." Yang said, "Yeah! We're planning the whole event!"
