"Hi.." I mumbled scared.

"Don't be scared. I knew this was coming. I'm not mad." I was surprised. I really was that he wasn't mad. Not even a little bit.

"A-Are you sure?" I asked silently. My head was still really hurting but I didn't care.

"Yeah. Just remember I'll always be there for you." I smiled at his response before saying a quick goodbye. I decided to go back to sleep since I had school and I also had to hang out with Clarissa after school. I needed I be ready for this last week here.

-

The next morning when I woke up I didn't have that bad of a headache, I guess it's because I woke up in the middle of the night. I got up and went to get dressed for school.

Once I was done I went downstairs to eat. Miracle! My mom was there.

"Good morning mom." I said as I grabbed an apple to eat.

"Morning Lucy. I decided to go to work late today since I had to tell you about you moving. I'm so glad you took this decision and that you're thinking about your future." She smiled. I didn't want to be rude but I knew she just wanted me to move. She never really cared for me.

"So what did you want to tell me?" I smiled back.

"I talked to your dad about it and he said that you will be going to the St-Anne's High school there. You will start next month. You will have the whole 2 weeks to settle since you are moving this weekend. You will also go in a jet, this Sunday." She said. This was it. Today was Tuesday, only a few more days here. I nodded before I took my stuff I left but not before saying goodbye to her.

I didn't know how I felt. I was confused. I was leaving all behind but I guess I could also start a new life, in a way.

Once I reached school I went to my locker and spotted Clarissa standing beside it. I walked towards her while putting on my fake smile. I really didn't feel like myself today but she didn't need to know that.

"Hi." I said to her as I opened my locker.

"Hey! Are you ready to go shopping with me after school?" She asked enthusiastically. I chuckled at her.

"Yes, very excited." I replied equally happy.

"Good. We're gonna have so much fun...I hope." She mumbled the last part but I still heard it.

"Don't say that. We will." She nodded before she broke out into a huge grin again. Now I was scared.

"So Mia Collins, the popular girl, is throwing a huge party this Friday and everyone is invited. Can we go? Please? We will buy the clothes for it today." She pleaded. I wasn't going to say no to her since I wanted to spend all my time with her so I nodded. Right then she started squealing and hugged me as she cheered 'yes! yes!' I laughed at her reaction and walked towards my class and she went towards her's after bidding goodbye of course.

I was kind of excited for the party and kind of not. Was Jack going to be there ?

Not the time, Lucy. I shook my head and sat down in class right as the bell rung. Hell started! Yay!

-

Right when the lunch bell rung I quickly went out of class ready to eat since I was really hungry. While I was walking towards my locker I looked around for Clarissa but didn't see her. I took out my lunch from my locker since I didn't want to buy it from the cafeteria, it tastes absolutely horrible. After I started walking towards the cafeteria while still looking around for Clarissa I bumped into someone. Which happened to be him. Jack. I remembered I was supposed to act like I didn't care about him anymore until I leave so I said a quick 'sorry' before walking away.
My heartbeat was still fast once I sat down on a table but I can do it. I know I can ignore him. Only 4 days left of school this week, including today.
