Four years later (Phoebe's POV)

Beep! Beep! Beep!

The sound of my alarm clock woke me from my beautiful sleep. It was a regular Monday morning. I woke up at five in the morning to get ready for the day ahead of me. I climbed out of bed careful not to wake the twins in the process and shut off the alarm clock. I made my way to the bathroom to take a quick shower, before making the twins breakfast and lunches for day-care and getting ready for work.

It's been just over four years since the day I found out I was pregnant with my beautiful twins, Paige and Christen.

The moment these two came into the world and their tiny eye's pried opened, I was mesmerised and at that moment they had taken over my heart.

Paige and Christen were two identical babies, expect Paige has my silver-white hair and Orion's piercing emerald green eyes and Christen had Orion's raven black hair and a mixture of my hazel brown-green eyes and Orion's emerald green ones, which gave Christen a beautiful dark forest green eye colour.

It has also been just over four years since Nathan rejected me, four wonderful years because though Nathan rejected me, he blessed me with my two beautiful children.

My twins, Christian and Paige. My babies, my lifeline and the reason I breathe. Over the years it was hard to raise two kids alone, but with help from Vicky and Dr. Andrews, who turned out to be Vicky's mate, I've made it through.

During the first year of the twins being born I struggled a lot with coming to terms that Orion will never be a part of their lives and mine, but with support from Vicky and Andrew I've slowly began to accept it .

Four years on, I'm content with how my life has turned out, I've got a decent paying job as the diner's manager, a small town apartment, though it's a one bedroom, I don't mind because I've been saving for a better apartment for me and the twins that would be decent sized for the three of us to live in.

I've also got the twins enrolled at Vicky's day-care. It's pretty funny how she went from a sassy talking yet motherly waitress at Carl's diner to a day-care teacher, but she loves children and the job suits her well. Vicky is like the mother I never had and a great grandmother figure towards the twins, she loves them dearly and they love her back as well. We're all just a big happy rogue family.

This Friday it's the twins fourth birthday and there both extremely excited about it and so am I.

"We should take them on a picnic in the nearby forest." Indigo said.

"That's a great idea Indi, but we'll have to take them early cause Vicky wants to throw a little party for them at lunch time at the diner." I told Indigo while I put on my work uniform.

"Then it's settled we'll take them on a breakfast picnic and return at lunch time." She said with a wolfy grin.

Indigo and I have grown even closer since the twin's birth. She and I have grown stronger both mentally and physically as well. Over the years we never stopped training my skills are still top notch, I haven't missed a beat even after the twin's birth and I'm so proud of myself for that.

Indigo and I have also been working on my powers that the moon goddess blessed us with and trust me we are defiantly a force not to be reckoned with.

Even though it's been four whole years, I've had a feeling that my father hasn't stopped looking for me.

Lately me and Indigo have been talking about challenging my father for his place as alpha and taking over, that way I can save my pack from his ruthlessness and have my babies join a pack as well so that I don't have to worry about being attacked and having their safety risked anymore.

I know that I can protect them but a wolf still needs a pack so they can function properly. I could even let Vicky and Andrew join if they want to still be a part of a pack. We've both decided that we will go after him only after the twin's are a little older or we've found a another pack that will take them in and I can entrust that there will be a whole pack behind the twin's should anything happen to me when I regain my rightful pack.

I sighed and walked to the bed to wake up the twins.
