Chapter Twelve

*Marina's POV*

I almost kissed Ryan yesterday... I ALMOST KISSED RYAN YESTERDAY AND HE HUGGED ME! This is unbelievable, I have this feeling in stomach and I'm almost always happy right now... If Percy found out he would have Chiron keep me in camp, and basically grounded when I'm not training and he would have killed Ryan. Me and Autumn had been talking for quite awhile last night so we were almost late for our classes since we woke up late and didn't have enough time to get any food soooo as anyone would guess we were STARVING and we only had lunch much, much later. I looked at my schedule for the day and I had math with Mrs. Anderson for the first time while Autumn had something else I'm not sure but whatever it was we had to split up.                      I took a seat by the window, and it was raining. I was sure nobody would take a seat by me since I'm the 'new annoying kid' but I could suddenly sense a warmth beside me and felt a hand slip into mine, so I looked over and saw Ryan smiling at me and giving a small wink. I blushed slightly but then saw Suzy and Jennifer giving me death glares until Mrs. Anderson came into the classroom with disappointment in her eyes but a smile on her lips "hello class I sadly have some bad news this morning. Because I was informed by the janitor that the halls of the dorms for both the girl and the boys of this grade was soaked with wet footprints and mud, andddd the security cameras caught a pizza delivery guy going into the girls dormitory of this grade and as you all know it is strictly forbidden to  order takeout or eat anything after dinner hours. I'm sorry to say this but I am very disappointed and must I say I'm sad that this would happen. And no I am not saying that the water had been intentional as I know some take walks in the schools small garden, but the delivery I can not tolerate especially since none you invited me" she said seriously until the end. Class went on with doing math and I was actually doing quite well until we had a brain break where we could just talk and relax our brains for around 10 minutes, and me and Ryan were just talking and I noticed that he still hadn't let go of my hand. Me and Ryan's talk was interrupted by Suzy and Jennifer coming up to our table and Suzy leaning herself on him in a flirty manner "soooooo the prom is coming up and I thought about something. You, me the king and queen, the best pair of the year hmm? what I'm asking is do you want to be my prom date... As if you would say no anyway" She had asked but the last thing I barely heard as she said it under her breath. Ryan looked very uncomfortable but didn't do anything, but I couldn't just sit and watch "oh I'm sorry, but I thought Ryan was already going with someone. Sorry Suzy but you were a little late" I said giving an apologetic smile. Suzy's smile disappeared slightly and became more of a smile that says 'I'm gonna kill you b*itch' and stood up off of Ryan "well did I ask you sweetie? No, I asked Ryan" and to honest I can not tell you HOW MUCH THAT TIGGED ME OFF "well I'm sorry  but he already is going with someone so you can't. Of course you would need at least some braincells to understand that tho" and that just came out of my mouth...Great first impression on our math teacher. Mrs. Anderson came over to the table and asked if something was wrong but of course the two snakes lied "oh no Mrs. we were just asking if Marina wanted to go dress shopping with us and of course she can bring her friend Autumn wasn't it?", Mrs. Anderson gave a skeptical look it let it be "alright then Marina are you going with them?" I looked at Ryan and with a hesitant nod I accepted and Mrs. Anderson started the lesson again.

*Timeskip to almost PE*

"YOU SAID YES TO WHAT NOW?" Autumn yelled at me while we were going to PE.This is going to be worse than Tartarus

Sooooooo to anyone still reading again sorry we haven't been updating and we know school can't always be a reason but we already have a chapter ready for next Sunday and are hopefully going to be more consistent now but we don't want to make a promise we can't keep.
