Chapter Four

*Marina's POV*

My mind was racing, he wants me to go outside of camp... To a school... Outside of camp. I go into the cabin and what i see is the boys AKA Percy (my brother), Jason (son of Jupiter) and Leo Valdez or as he likes to call himself bad boy supreme, running through MY drawers "HOLY HERA WHAT ARE YOU DOING" I yelled at them "we needed your makeup!" Percy exclaimed, "First of all; i don't have makeup, Second; those are MY drawers, third; what do you need it for and why didn't you just ask Piper and btw WHERE THE HECK ARE THEY, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BABYSIT YOU" i yell while pushing them away from my drawers "Piper didn't let us and it was for a truth or dare aaaannndddd we wanna do drag so sass the heck away" Leo yelled before being cut off by Jason "they're down at the beach" I quickly run down to the beach before the three bros can annoy me more and see the rest (Annabeth, Piper, Hazel, Frank, Nico, Will, Reyna, the Stolls (surprisingly) and Thalia who's visited). I pull Hazel aside to tell her about my quest, and how i don't know how to tell Percy since she's one of my best friends. "Hey, hey, hey whats wrong" She said once ive dragged her outside of hearing range "i'vegotaquestandidontknowhowtotellPercy (i've got a quest and i dont know how to tell Percy)" i said too quickly but she understood me "I really need your help to tell both him and Annabeth" I said this time at a normal pace "ok but first when did you figure out and are you ok" she answered while looking me dead in the eye with a soft and worried look, like one that a sister would give. "not to long ago..." she looked at me and put her hand on my shoulder "i dont know how i feel..." i whispered almost not being able to hear myself, but Hazel didn't look at me with pity like others would "what if you stay here with u-" she was trying to say but the cornch horn blew wich meant... DINNER. "Hey have any of you seen Marina, she just ran away from us" i hear a panicked Percy say "im right here Percy... sorry i was just in a bad mood, so lets just go to dinner", We sat down at the table of the seven "Blue co-" i tried to say blue cookies but Annabeth cut me of "you are NOT eating blue cookies for dinner, i may not be your mom but i WILL make sure your healthy since i didn't do a good enough job for your brother" "HEY I CAN STILL HEAR YOU" and so they were aguring undtil "HEY BLUE GIRL". I look over to the voice and see Autumn - Blue girl really - Percy started laughing of the 'nickname' i've gotten but stopped when he heard her ask me "about the quest-" but i quickly put my hand over her mouth "shut up" i whisper-yelled at her but Percy heard and would not stop begging me to tell him but i just couldn't bring myself to it "M please it cant b- WAIT are you being bullied or-" "Percy im trying to sleep... Please just... Be quiet

***NEXT DAY MY POOPS!***

I woke up at 4:00 AM... Earlier then usual to go for a run and clear my mind before breakfast. Percy was sleeping like a stone just as he normally does. I start running down to the beach in my camp t-shirt and yoga pants (i dont know what it's called sorry) and my blue hoodie tied around my waist, for if i get cold since it's pretty early with a nice breeze that could easily get very chilly. Im at the beach just watching the waves and listening to the early rustling of leaves in the trees and silence of no other campers awake except for the Apollo kids who wake up with the sun but they weren't very loud getting things ready in the infirmary, so I decided to run just into the woods not to long in cause I really didn't want to fight any hellhounds, speaking of which i haven't seen mrs O'leary for like a week so i think she may still be with Tyson... One of my older brothers who i also will not be able to tell about the quest. I know what you're gonna say oh but it only get harder the more you wait and heck, dont you think i know that, but with Percy its so much harder just try to have twice hero of Olympus, killer of basically all monsters and so many other things as your OLDER BROTHER, yeah its a hard life as a demigod but then with both him and all the others being overprotective since im basically the 'baby' of the group. After my super dramatic run i had come back at maybe 5 and of course Percy is still sleeping but Annabeth is there so i guess one of them had a nightmare, but i got ready anyway since i had a lot of training that day and i was still figuring out how to tell him. The rest of the day nothing other than me beating basically all the Ares kids and only having one knee scratch, happend.

***Next day***

I get up put my hair in two dutch braids and everything else then woke Percy up even tho i got a few not to hard slaps and many sorrys from him and i kept saying that it was just how he was in the morning... oh well all of us had just finished our food and Percy was teaching some of the younger kids today but i pulled him a little away before he could get the chance to completely run away "Percy... i need to tell you something very important..." i had told him when looked at me confused. "What do you mea- WAIT did you get a boyf-" "NO I DIDN'T" i quickly cut him off "okay listen you can not be mad at me... igotaquestanditsprobablygonnatakealongtimeanditstomorrow" (i got a quest and its probably gonna take a long time and its tomorrow) "yeah sorry" i looked down not wanting meet his eyes "you- you got a quest... when did you find out, who is it with, what is it about and how can i stop it" he said obviously kinda panicking while he also took a hold of my face, cupping and lifting my face so i could look him in the eyes after i didn't say anything "please Marina i don't want your life ruined by quest this early, like i and Annabeth's" he said more stern while also going down to my eye level (in this percy is much taller then Marina) tears began to try to escape because i didn't want to make him mad, but i couldn't just cry now "remember when you got me cause Chiron needed to talk... He told me and Autumn, a child of Hermes that he wanted us to go on a quest to a school to find more demigods and possibly killing a lot of monsters in the school" Percy was silent for a moment "thats not to bad i guess...But how long will you be gone" he asked trying to be calm "I-I dont know, it can take from a week to a year..." i answered trying to avoid eye contact with him, only taking glances while my eyes were racing all around while some campers were slowly leaving the dining pavilion only just slightly glancing over giving small but concerned smiles and some of the new campers were obviously curious about the thing happening. "You said you were leaving tomorrow... Do you want me to help you pack and maybe go down to the lake?" he asked, that would in reality probably be a whisper if he hadn't learned to be so strong after all those years of war but i only nodded finally looked him in the eyes. We went back to the cabin after telling the others there was something important and Percy giving Annabeth a short kiss and asking Jason and Piper to tell Chiron that he couldn't teach the class today and of course they accepted sensing the worry and sadness in his voice. He helped me pack my bag with a lot of hoodies since it was cold out there, he even gave me one of his just to feel like hes with me. After we took a little longer way to get down to the lake just so we didn't need to talk to many of the other campers... Just me and my older brother finally getting a moment thats not getting ruined by monsters or Leo setting the boys hair on fire " what school is it?", and when he asked that question i realized i had so little info on the school and quest but Chiron wouldn't send us into a literal death trap without one warning. We had been at the lake just talking and bonding like a brother and sister should but then i had to head to the infirmary to get a health check which is something new the camp makes now a days for campers going on quests. I got there and saw Will and Nico talking and i did NOT want to ruin the solangelo moment but of course Nico could feel me in the shadows. But im not gonna bore anyone with everything after all of the drama but, i got checked and was totally fine except for needing to take extra extra medicine for astma and allergies with me and trying not to gush with excitement cause the two were so freaking CUTE. The day went better then i thought but of course Percy had told the others and now they did not wanna leave the cabin wanting to have a sleepover... At least they bought some candy from the campstore

***NEXT DAY***

i woke up to find that almost everybody was actually awake but not Percy "good morning guys how'd you sleep" i said all ready bright as a light and got a few "goods" and "greats" so i decided to go over and try to wake Percy but Bethie (Annabeth's nickname from Marina) stopped me telling me to get ready "oh come on this may be the last time i wake him for maybe a whole year guys" and so they let me pull him off his bunk bed and hiding behind, surpringly enough for some people Leo mcsizzle while he laughed his butt off i got ready since it was as, normal when i wake up, pretty early but i had to leave for the quest. I was sitting by Thalies tree at the top of halfblood hill looking out of the barrier and scratching Peleus until Chiron came and we just waited for Autumn
