I smiled as I walked into the kitchen

with Naomi the next morning and saw

Madison talking on her phone to what

sounded like to be one of her hot friends.

Yes...Madison and her friends are hot.

I will admit it.

And tonight they will all be here in my apartment.

"All right, Linsie,I'll see you this evening. Love ya." Madi said as she hung up the phone and smiled
"Good morning you two."

"Mornin sunshine" I said,with a wink and Naomi reached out her arms,wanting Madi to take her,in which she did.

"Hey sweetie" Madi said as Naomi put her fingers in her mouth.

"I'll fix her a bottle." I said as I went over to the refrigerator.

"Okay..." Madi said. "You know Joe....it won't be long until she is ready for baby food in the jar."

"Wow...she's growing up that fast,huh?" I asked, "oh God....I remember feeding those baby food carrots to my nephew once and he spit them in my face." I groaned.

Madi laughed.

"Think that's funny,huh?" I asked.

"Yeah...it really is. So....you fed your nephew?"

"Yeah....I have babysat both of my nephews a lot."

"No wonder you're so good at this father thing." She said,with a smile...and holding the bottle for Naomi.

"Fatherhood sure is different though. " I sighed and then smiled. "But I wouldn't trade it for anything."

"That's why you're the best." Madi said,smiling at me. "So.....what are you and Naomi gonna do this evening?"

"Oh I don't know. Go visit Santa....creep on you ladies." I smirked.

"Oh Joseph " Madi said,laughing.
