This is a book with it all. I find most relationships are with two healthy people, witch I love to read. But as a non healthy human I want to have a book that shows the true kind of love with a sick partner. Watch as this relationship grows climbing hills and passing hurdles. Welcome to sickly love.

Hi! I'm Alana, and I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is a connective tissue disorder, which basically means the stuff that's supposed to hold me together, doesn't. So I dislocate joints, can bend every joint in my body way further than it's supposed to bend, and I can twist into almost impossible shapes. But it's not all party tricks and painful dislocations, there's a lot in between. This is my life with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Alex and her mother Sam tried to leave, it wasn't safe anymore. This is a WIP story about a disabled person and her mum surviving the apocalypse, with real life experiences to make the characters as believable and as real as possible. Alex may not be the fittest, but she is a survivor, extremely resourceful, she adapts, she's always had to. Letters and notices of survivors, and the lost are scattered along the journey our duo take to find their loved ones, and a safe space to call home. Alex is an ambulatory wheelchair user and has adapted to surviving infested unsafe places. People are still the biggest threat, no change there then.

I thought I'd do a book just about me. Random facts, secrets, stuff about school, just random crap. MY LIFE EXPOSED!!! LOL

My short stories, many about my chronic pain conditions. Edit: Hello, I know that these were not connected before, and they will continue to be short stories separate from each other, but I wanted to let y'all know that the short stories in this collection all have the same narrator. Me. Like, officially now. One day, I hope to land a TV show I wrote, and these stories will be dreams of the main character. There are threads you can connect more easily than others (Weeping windows pt 1 and 2) but these can be read without each other. Anyhow, enjoy.

And then I remembered the strange doctor and his even stranger children. The progression of my condition and the coming to terms with my mortality. My hand gripped onto his, "Does this mean you won't run from me anymore?" I dared to glance in his direction. Into his beautiful eyes I fell as I felt him lift my hand and place his firm, yet smooth, lips against it. His southern twang came out as he spoke, "No, ma'am." ~~~~ A story in which a girl with a deadly condition gets the chance at a happily ever after.
