Varian, Cassandra, Rapunzel, and the others travel back to Corona. They find it in the clutches of criminals and have to work together to save it. But they quickly learn that there is something far more dangerous coming their way. Can they defeat it? And could this be the threat that finally succeeds in separating the siblings forever? Modern Tangled AU. I'm not an orphan, nor do I really know one, so I apologize if some of the facts are unrealistic, but the story isn't in our world anyways. Most children hated the thought of an orphanage, due to how many times the people running the place were mean in most TV shows. Ironically, they were actually Varian's safe haven. Foster parents never worked out. If they didn't end up just sending him back, he wasn't treated right. He even had to hop from different orphanages due to this and never stayed in one place longer than six months. He never had a stable home, life, friends, or even a family at all. When Varian lands in Corona Rd. Home for Kids, a little light begins to shine. However, he only begins to see just how messed up he is more and more. The kids at the orphan home meet up at an old cafe by the home to hang out. Disclaimer: I do not own Tangled or the videos. Rated T for PTSD, violence, abuse, reference to underage drinking, drugs, and self-harm. (Let me know if I should add warnings or put it in mature content because there is some really dark themes in here, but there's no smut and I don't actually write the cuss word, but the character does say them. There is the pilot movie that kicks the series off. It's V&t7Kts:The End Is Just the Beginning if you wanna check that out before reading this. Season 1: Varian is becoming accustomed to his new position to not only being the Royal Alchemist, but also as a council member that Rapunzel had recently set up. He has many adventures new friends and old and fights villains. However, he has to realize that his biggest enemy is not himself but the doubt and insecurities about himself is. Cover made by me. P.S. Season 1 may not have the characters Hugo and Nuru yet due to the fact that Season 1 is basically leading up to Varian leaving Corona to go on the journey.
