A self-help book to help your self. Written by an independent woman who had to help herself through the years she's been miserable riding the roller coaster.

A poetic fragment from a 7-part lyric essay about my relationship between lost things and religion. This first one engages with my love for found objects. I love discovering lost things with seemingly little value that, in turn, become so ostensibly valuable to me. I see God in my lost things for where I was lost, religion has found me. Just as I had presumed my worth and subsequently lost my way like the lost things had been discarded as waste, religion and spirituality revitalized my value and found me when I needed to be seen as belonging and when I needed to be rejuvenated as something of irrevocable meaning.

This will be a compilation of song lyrics and poems that explore my thoughts and emotions: depression, anxiety, happiness, sadness, love, etc.. These will all be originals, and I'll post whenever I can. Feel free to make requests for me to write about. Thank you!
