Jessica and Lincoln decided to start over and move on from their old lives and stay in Panama after everything that happened. With her being 8 months pregnant they want to live a normal life. They were able to open up that surf shop and buy a small cottage right on the beach. Everything was perfect for the family. But their pasts have a way of catching up with them.

They are dragged back to the states by the government and forced to become a team to take down the Company who started this whole mess. They are reunited with Michael who has a surprise of his own. Together with Sucre, Mahone, Alyssa, and Bellick; they form a team to take the one thing that is holding the Company together.

Along the way they have to work with people that they though they never had to deal with again. What happens when Jessica uncovers a secret that could change the course of everything that they all have ever worked for? Can they all make it out alive? Will Jessica and Lincoln survive this and welcome their child into this world?
