Katie and her mother have just moved to Santa Carla, California. There is tons to do and explore in the sunny, beach town and its main attraction; the boardwalk. But when Katie wanders into the local comic book store, she meets two boys with a very interesting obsession. While she and her new friends uncover the dark secret Santa Carla hides, will there be a chance for love between her and a special someone to blossom between the bloodshed?
