It's 1995 and 17 year old Molly Hastings vocalist and guitarist for the punk band Paperclip dreams of nothing more than dropping out of school and making it big. And there's only 2 things standing in their way. 1)Paperclip are all girls and in a scene dominated by boys they'll never get taken seriously.
2)There's another band in town that just keeps getting in the way of their success, a band that represents everything Molly hates, blink.

When it looks like Paperclip might finally get a lucky break disaster strikes all thanks to Molly's main competition the annoyingly successful, popular and obnoxious lead vocalist and guitarist of blink, Tom DeLonge.

With only a month until Paperclip are meant to play their biggest show yet it looks like Paperclip's dreams are over before they've even begun. That is until Tom makes an insane offer that Molly wants to refuse but can she really put her personal hatred for Tom DeLonge before the success of her band?
